Hi Dan, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the unit clean, modern, and comfortable, though we’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the keys. We’d like to clarify that when you raised concerns about securing the rear porch, our team immediately contacted the owner to determine the best solution. Once you confirmed that you wanted the porch closed, someone came to the property that same day to secure it so the camper could be locked from the rear for the remainder of your stay. We also worked with the owner to arrange a replacement key after discovering that the original set was missing. We recognize that this process took longer than it should have and that our communication could have been more consistent. We apologized during your stay and again after receiving your feedback, and we have since taken steps to ensure keys are verified before future arrivals. We completely understand that being able to secure the property is important, particularly when traveling with children, and we never intended to make you feel that your concerns were unreasonable. We appreciate your feedback and are glad that, despite this issue, you enjoyed the unit and its location.
