Really satisfied. Namit is the most communicative guy ever. House is great. Safe neighborhood. Tree lined streets. Close to anything youâd ever need.
This property needs a lot of attention and resources to be safe to stay.
I doubt the owner would allow his parents, grandparents or any realative to stay in this house. This grandma was not able to relax in this vrbo and can not recommend it to anyone.Rented for December 2024, in a convenient, beautiful neighborhood, the core expectations of a vrbo were met by having comfortable beds and pillows. The heat was good and every large appliance worked well. The showers were good. (The hall bath's drain backed up. The primary bathroom dripped.) The rooms are big and have space for renter's stuff. The wooden floors are beautiful. (Bring your own bedroom rugs.)We were exhausted by the work needed to make many of the other house features safe and comfortable for our friends and family who visited during the holidays. Our first visit to the house we had to remove a 100 ft frozen hose laying across the blue stone path. The stones laid in the muddy lawn were different heights, unsteady to step on, and of course were a slippery mess in December weather. I picked up trash strewn across the front of the house, including fast food condiments, containers and water bottles. There is still more trash on the driveway in front of the garage, including nuts and bolts, mops, bottle caps, and most disturbing was a big pile of knotted hair. There is even more trash around the backyard deck... paper, bottles, plastic Easter eggs are under and border the crumbling deck. The deck has separating, uneven boards, screws popping and along with a rusted out grill is unusa
We moved to the Richmond area and needed a temporary place while our house was being built. We needed a place that accepted a pet, and the fenced in backyard was perfect.
