Private 2-story house, suitable for 8. Entire space is yours to enjoy. This newly renovated home has everything you`ll need to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Front porch, back patio & private driveway parking. Keyless entry. Perfect for those wanting to explore the nearby nature trails or city`s thrills!

Step into the living room, where you’ll find a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps two), two additional lounge chairs, and a flat-screen Roku TV—a great space to unwind. The adjoining dining area offers seating for six with stylish lighting and French doors leading to the back patio, making indoor-outdoor dining seamless.

The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, and double-basin sink with a window overlook. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a relaxing retreat with a king-size bed, ergonomic desk, Roku TV, ceiling fan, and a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring his and hers sinks, a large vanity, and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds, perfect for additional guests or family members. A full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo and ample storage serves these rooms.

On the lower level, a half bath provides added convenience for guests.

Outside, enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch or unwind on the back patio, featuring outdoor seating for six and a shaded umbrella—the perfect setting for cocktails or al fresco dining.

Additional amenities include keyless entry, onsite parking, and dog-friendly accommodations so your furry friend can join the fun. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this home is designed for comfort and convenience!

Guests have access to the entirety of the space with the exception of a hospitality closet.

Richmond is home to over twenty breweries! If you are a beer lover, you’re in luck. Several of these are within 5-15 minutes of a drive. Legend Brewery, Richmond’s original Brewery is just a 10 minute drive away and offers a great view of the river and city skyline. Veil Brewing Co. is a 6 minute drive away! Experience local music and great brews.

Parking is available in the driveway behind the house through the alleyway. A car is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are available here.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

Potential For Noise:There`s potential for noise from passing traffic and a nearby train.

We do not provide laundry supplies.
-No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
-We are pet friendly. However, we only accept dogs.
-Please dispose of all trash before departing.
-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet.
-Place all dirty linens in the dirty linen hampers.
-Please clean any dirty dishes before checking out.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
