Clean, well-appointed and conveniently located just off the Chippenham Parkway, this Mid Century Modern Ranch is just a short drive from many popular Richmond destinations, including the rejuvenated Forest Hill corridor, Bon Air, and just a short drive to downtown.

The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive to several major thoroughfares to get to most Richmond-area sites.
There are two keypad entry doors to the property.
This 1960’s cottage has been lovingly restored with modern farmhouse style. We setup this house for a small group or family to make their Richmond stay seamless and welcoming.

Just a few details you will want to know. The kitchen/dining room is opened up so every can be in one place. Everything is on one main level. The laundry room contains a high capacity washer and dryer that is quiet so as to not disturb the rest of the household. Also included are two smart TV’s, ceiling fans, Keurig and regular coffee makers, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and modern farmhouse decor. Complimentary wifi, toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board, and central heating and air conditioning. And, of course, the HOT TUB!

Outside, firewood is provided for the fire pit, and there is a private sitting area in the back so you can entertain outside. There is parking for three cars.
