Welcome to the Richmond Cottage! This newly renovated 3 bed, 1 bath home has brand new furnishings & is fully stocked with everything you need for a stay in RVA.

The cottage is 1000 sq ft with fenced backyard, firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, private dining area & off-street parking.

5-10 minute drive to most places in downtown Richmond including VA Capital Bike Trail, Bell Isle, Carytown, Richmond Raceway, Scott's Addition & more!

Superhost for 3+ yrs & would love to host your stay!

Single family home with off street parking.
3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. 2 queen beds with half bath off of the primary queen between. One room with 2 twin beds.

Access to whole house

Available by phone and messaging during your stay.

Quiet neighborhood near the heart of downtown. Off-street parking available behind the house.

This location is a short drive, bike ride, or walk to many downtown locations!

We are pet lovers and are dog friendly only (no cats or other pets allowed). However, we request only house-trained dogs only who are well-behaved and up to date on vaccinations stay with us. We do charge an extra fee for pets.

- This is a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful to neighbors and control noise overnight between 10 pm and 9 am.

- Please lock your car doors! While this is a safe area, it's best to be safe and always lock both the house and your cars. Please also avoid leaving valuable and expensive objects in your car overnight.

- Trash pick-up is in the alley. Please place any trash and recycling in the trash cans behind the house and it will be picked up weekly.

- NO parties allowed and please respect the property like it is your own. If you need anything at all, just ask us.

- We also have laundry on site. Please leave the washer door slightly open if you use it to let it dry out.

Great Family Stay

Everything was as shown in description, everything you may need away from home was there from coffee machine to hair dryer, all amenities needed were provided. Which ment our stay was stress free. James was always there to answer any questions even after my stay. If you want a clean peaceful house w a yard to enjoy thata close to everything this is the spot! I will be back!

Quiet, Comfortable, Clean

Our stay was nearly perfect. Quiet neighborhood, nearby access to bike bath. Close to downtown Richmond. House was very clean and updated in all the right places (finishes, furniture, kitchen, bath). Back yard was great for our family and our active dog. Communication with property manager, James was truly flawless, they even accommodated a last minute change to our reservation. Would certainly recommend this property to others.

Nice place for a weekend stay

Nice home for a short weekend stay. It met our group (and our dog’s) needs just fine, and we found a couple of cool restaurants and a great ice cream shop just a few blocks away.

Wonderful Stay!

The house is spacious, clean, and much better stocked than most rentals. The back deck provided a great place to relax during the morning and evenings, and the dogs loved the fenced back yard. As a bonus, there is a well-lit and well-designed walking/biking path within less than a block. The owner communicated often to ensure we were well taken care of. The home is also close to downtown Richmond and an easy commute.
