Profitez d'une belle plage de vacances sur les rives du lac LBJ! Enfants et chiens apprécient l'immense plage de sable fin et des eaux peu profondes! Pour la baignade et la navigation de plaisance, de l'eau plus profonde est un peu plus loin il est donc un endroit idéal pour les enfants assis et jouant dans l'eau.

Gardez un œil sur la faune abondante du Texas Hill Country! Vous verrez canards, oies, hérons, tortues et si vous êtes chanceux, vous pourrez apercevoir des dindons sauvages, des aigles à tête blanche et même des pélicans!

Great Stay

The house was exactly as described and worked out great for our family. We love this location on the river and appreciated this house allowed dogs so ours was able to join the trip.

Perfect Getaway!

The house is so cute and very clean! The beach and the water are lovely. There are lots of restaurants nearby and an HEB. This place has everything! The owner is a great communicator which always makes things better!

Perfect Beach!

Our stay was perfect - our dogs loved the sandy beach, and we loved the fenced in yard, the grill, and thoughtfulness of the owners to have everything you may need for your stay!

Thank you for your 5-star review Nancy! I happy to hear that you and your family had a nice stay at our home. You were there the spring before the "Great Flood of 2018" in October. Sadly, we sustained a lot of damage and had to completely redo the beach and the yard facing the water. We were very lucky, however, that the water didn't breach the home. Since we had so much work to do on the yard and beach, we decided to upgrade the house a little. We now have an amazing screened in porch that overlooks the beach and lake. The new glass sliding doors completely open up the living room onto the porch. Our new 4 foot metal fence opens up the view and it is gorgeous! I hope you and you family will come back again next summer to see the upgrades! Cheers, Cynthia

Just what we were looking for!

This was a great weekend getaway. The only thing I would recommend is new beds, but overall we loved staying here!

Thank you for your review, Carol! I am sorry the beds were not to your liking. They were purchased brand new in the summer of 2020 and we have had several people tell me that they are very comfortable. My family and I stay there often and we love the beds. I wish I could have a bed that everyone loves but unfortunately that just isn't possible.

Beach Stay on LBJ

The house was great for our family and pup. Everyone loved the beach and the water was the perfect depth for our young kids. Cynthia was a great host and incredibly accommodating.

A wonderful lake getaway!!

We had the best time during our stay! This is a perfect spot for little ones—our kids are 1 and 4 and the beach area was so great for them! It was exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend staying here, many wonderful memories made! The house was well stocked, clean, the host was wonderful too.

Peaceful location!

We stayed at this home in July and loved the location. It is the perfect spot to have private beach access and a fenced yard for our pup. We loved it so much we booked a second stay there in October. The home is very clean and has everything you need.

perfect lake getaway

the sandy beach made it easy to get to water with friends and old dog. We enjoyed peaceful mornings, beautiful sunsets and plenty of room to visit, dine and play.

If you’re looking for a quiet place , this area is it. We had a group of 4 adults and 3 kids, age 11-17 and wanted something different. House was great, clean with all amenities mentioned. However the pictured tiki hut was misleading, if we had known it was no longer there, we would have bought a tent for shade. But still, kids really enjoyed swimming and Since it’s all private property, it felt like we had beach all to ourselves! There’s an Heb 10 minutes out…not many restaurants in the area. House is also close by Longhorn cavern and Inks Park for hiking. Host was easy to contact and responsive . We enjoyed our stay and the area and would definitely come back!

Great Getaway

Another great stay at our favorite getaway! This is the perfect little house for our family. The area is quiet and we love having our own little stretch of beach. The owner is so nice and always quick to respond to any questions we have.

Amazing location and home!

We loved our Kingsland stay and our boys (3 and 5) had an absolute blast playing on the beach. The house was clean and well kept with lots of fun amenities like toys, books and games. The views were amazing and it was very relaxing. We will be back again!

We had so much fun at Sunset Beach! The dog absolutely loved the water and playing at Llano Slab. It was a great location for everything we wanted to do. The house was super clean and had everything we needed.

Great for kids and family

Loved the Sandy beach and that the sand extends out into the lake bed so that kids can play in the water bare footed. Good accommodations and very relaxing stay. No local TV access, but can access streaming services through Apple TV

Great “beach” vacation

We’ve rented this home twice for an end-of-summer family getaway and plan to do so annually! Love that our dog can come too. Great house for family of 4 and love that this part of the lake is not super busy. Owner offers her direct contact information in case you need anything during your stay.
