The game room features ping pong, a basketball arcade, giant jenga, corn hole, sofa, TV, and HDMI cable. Lounge on our covered and uncovered deck areas while the kids jump in the lake for a swim. Beach towels, life jackets, and lake floats are provided.

Children’s Amenities: High chair, Pack and Play, board games and outdoor games for family fun.

Pet Amenities:
Your pet will love the fenced yard, complete with a grassy area, view of the lake, and a covered porch for lounging. The dock area is also fully fenced, so you can relax and enjoy the view with your pet safely by your side, away from the road. The flooring throughout the home is pet friendly so you don't have to worry about where your pets roam. We just ask that you keep them off the beds. A $50/night pet fee will cover up to 2 pets under 50 lbs. Additional pets and/or larger pets allowed by approval only and may incur an additional fee.

Deck & Grill Area: Covered outdoor area with a 6 burner gas grill and one side burner (propane provided), 6-seat dining table, 6 Adirondack chairs. Additional seating in the storage closet if needed: folding table and 6 folding chairs plus additional lawn chairs.

General Amenities: Free WiFi, central air/heat, ceiling fans, in-unit washer and dryer, linens and towels, and hair dryer. A start-up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap will be provided.

PARKING - Room for 8+ vehicles

No Smoking. No Parties. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 13 guests unless given prior approval. Smaller events or gatherings are considered with prior approval.
