Welcome to your home away from home. This cozy oasis has been newly renovated and decorated with both luxury and comfort in mind. The freshly painted and impeccably decorated interior makes it the perfect space to relax, renew and refresh during your holiday. Ground floor access means no lugging suitcases up the stairs or waiting for an elevator. Winter snowbirds will love the patio which has Southern exposure adding extra warmth and sunlight. Park your car and walk up to your own walkway into the condo.

St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet is the perfect place to escape from everything. The complex has 24-hour gated security so you can let the kids go to the pool or beach by themselves. The wide beach with miles of white sand is perfect for hours of walking, sunning, surfing, or surf fishing. The star feature of this resort is its location! The resort is close to many restaurants and stores. It is located right next door to the new Guy Harvey Resort and Santiago Restaurant. The Beachcomber, Beachside Diner, Sunset Grill, and Salt Life Restaurant are close by as well. Salt Life Restaurant will even come pick you up by golf cart and take you to dinner! There is a putt-putt golf course down the street and the Red Trolley Train stops right out front to take you to St. Augustine to tour for the day. After all, National Geographic has listed St Augustine as one of the top destinations and Ocean and Racquet was Voted St Augustine's Best Condo Community.

The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, and its own private newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main walk-in closet has plenty of room for your suitcases and belongings. Some set up a Pack and Play in it for baby's nap time. The guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed and has its own flatscreen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped so just grab what you need from nearby Publix or eat out at any of the great restaurants nearby. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience so pack light. While here check out the tennis and pickleball courts or maybe you will find racquetball to be more enjoyable on our racquetball court. We have bocce call and shuffleboard on the site as well. For the fisherman at heart, there is freshwater fishing in any one of the surrounding ponds on the complex that are loaded with fish. Prefer saltwater? A short walk to the beach offers you some of the best surf fishing in Florida. There are two pools to enjoy with one being heated for cooler weather use and five hot tubs on the property. A clubhouse is available for any parties, weddings, or social events on your list.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
