Complex features hot tubs, 2 pools, multiple tennis and pickle ball courts, fishing ponds and more! Walking distances to great restaurants and fun activities like putt putt and surf shops. Wonderful condo and location!

Very clean, amazing location (walk to beach and many restaurants), lovely pool and a safe condo complex! My family had a wonderful, relaxing vacation here. The host was very responsive and accommodating as well!

Great Stay

Overall very satisfied with our stay. Extremely close to beach and easy access on and off the private boardwalk. Lots of options to eat around strip where the property is located. The property was clean and cozy. Easy pool access and having the hot tub was great as well.

Property said beachfront..it was NOT! Bed sheets were dirty, so had to wash them before using.Condo smelled musty, had to buy a candle to burn.Floors were dirty, had to sweep and mop them.Was not a good experience or stay! Will not use Vrbo to book a vacation ever again!

Great Resort

The St Augustine Ocean and Raquet Resort is a wonderful base for a vacation in this area. The unit was clean and very nice for our stay. The only thing it needs for 5 stars in all categories is attention to the small details.

Quiet Beach Experience

Unit was clean and very quiet. Location is great for walking on the beach or to cafe's down the street. Short drive to local attractions. Really enjoyed our stay at this unit.

Summer getaway

There was a light dusting of sand on the floors and a musty smell as if it had not been used in a while. Just left doors and windows open for a while and it smelled fresher. Great location.

Fun in the sun

This is the second year we have rented this unit. It is near both pools, Pickleball courts and activity building. Short walk to the beach with a security code to enter. Only suggestion would be a tea kettle. Owners are very good at communicating. We throughly enjoy the history of St. Augustine. HGK

St Augustine Beach Comfo

Overall, condo met our needs. Condo needs to be updated. Fans and overhead lights need to be added. There were no instructions left in the condo and the guards in the front were not helpful at all in regards to beach access code. Emails need to be sent to renter with all updated info right before the scheduled trip.

Our stay

Very nice stay however, it would have been nice if there were more than two coffee cups in the kitchen. Also, there was only one kitchen towel and we really did not enjoy using bath towels to dry dishes. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom also didn’t function properly. Otherwise, having the pickle ball courts nearby was a lot of fun and the unit and itself was very neat and clean.

Nice condo

When we checked in at the gate, they had the wrong name listed for us. Luckily, we had the emails showing we had booked it. After that, everything was great. The host was fantastic and very attentive. She returned any texts quickly and took care of issues immediately. I was very impressed with how clean and well equipped the condo was. Bath soap, shower gel, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc. were already there. The furniture - including the beds - was comfortable. The chairs for the beach were very nice and much appreciated. The beach there is great.

Memorial Day Weekend

Our stay at this property was lovely. The neighborhood is beautiful, clean, quiet, and welcoming. We loved our easy access to the beach and my son loved playing in the pool. The only negative aspect about this property is that it is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. If a guest has mobility issues then this is simply not the right property for them. The owner did clarify this prior to our arrival in the apartment advertisement. Getting our luggage up on the first day was a bit of a struggle, but once it was done we were free to enjoy the rest of our stay in peace. For this reason we give this property a 9/10 review.

It is the best place in town! Right on clean and beautiful St Augustine Beach, you can see the pier and lighthouse down the beach, and a 10 minute or less drive to Historic Downtown!

We love our complex location, but our unit specifically has more privacy with also being steps away from the main pool.
