Whether you are showing off your culinary skills in the full kitchen, playing games at the dining table, or kicking back for a movie night using the TV, everyone will easily find their own sliver of paradise. Not to mention, the free WiFi will keep everyone entertained and connected, especially those that need to get a bit of remote work done. And, at the end of the day, you can throw your salty suits and towels in the private washer/dryer!

Dock details: Guests may bring their boat or kayak for use with the private 20-foot dock. The water is about six feet deep; no equipment is provided, and sailboats are prohibited.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
