- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

Great Vacation

The room 2102Is a really nice place with lots of room and very clean and has very comfortable beds and big Televisions in every room and had a beautiful view and we enjoyed being able to walk to the pier to go fishing, It was a great experience and would recommend to everyone.

This was our second time staying in this condo, view is incredible and access to the parking garage is very convenient being in the third tower. However upon check in we noticed the condo was not clean, definitely in need of a deep cleaning. Floors were not vacuumed very well as there was quite a bit of sand and hair from previous guests, there were stains on the tile around toilets in bathrooms and stains on the walls. The hallway bathroom shower was clogged. The furniture in the living room is in need of some TLC, visible stains on chair cushions and dining room chairs, and the living room rug doesn’t look like it has ever been cleaned. Disappointed this time around and probably will not be staying in this condo again.

The best place yet!

My family and I loved this condo. Was very roomy for 4 adults and a baby. Walking distance to pier park was a plus for us. We have stayed at several places in pcb and this is by far the best one. We will definitely stay here again. You won’t be disappointed!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous and huge! The layout was perfect and the view was amazing! We had 8 people kids to adults and never felt cramped! The amenities were perfect and access to the beach was easy! We would definately stay here again!

We loved our stay. The condo was new and very clean. The restaurant downstairs had great food and was so convenient. Management was very quick to respond when I emailed. Will definitely stay here again.

Good views of the ocean. Cleaning needed

The overall condo was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. But the livingroom was terrible. The sofa and chairs were very hard to sit on. The rug in living room was not clean. Lits of Sand in it. But overall, we enjoyed the condo.

Great condo with outstanding location

Our condo was very clean and smelled clean on our arrival. No check in process was awesome with just using code to get into condo. Family spring break and view from condo is outstanding. 2 large bedrooms and one small bedroom. Location for this condo was absolutely perfect with beach across street (can use skyway) and can wall to Pier Park mall. Only inconvenience was hot tub was not warm and pool and hot tub closed early each night (assuming to eliminate Spring Break problems). Great family Spring Break trip.

Not the best room to stay

We have stayed at the tower 3 calypso before and loved the location and atmosphere. So we thought would be the same but it was just the room we had a/c messed up and light in laundry room went out. So I had to call and text several times and this was the next day before they finally came to our room to fix a/c but laundry room light was never fixed. Also there was leftover garbage which was food and candy left in our rooms, and the broom was already broken when we got to the room. They just wasn’t the best getting to help us out.

Upon arrival it was 80 plus degrees in unit and not cleaned well. Had to contact host, had to reset Ac it did not cool down for several hours. Housekeeping did not speak English, had to call 4 different people and they sent someone to service the dishwasher???!!! I never even used the dishwasher. Good location, clean pool.

Nice Place!

Condo and views were awesome! A few suggestions: bring chip clips, plastic containers with lids and anything else you are use to using. It is only stocked with the basics . You are right by Pier Park and have the loud road noise if the squatted trucks but can’t hear anything inside the condo. Views were awesome of both the beach and Pier Park! Would book again for sure!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice and clean. Minimum on cooking supplies, could use a shelf or cubby in the primary shower so you don't have to set your soap etc on the floor. Parking/ elevators were a problem. But the unit/view was great. Best you can get not being beach front.

Girls Beach Trip

Property was lovely our timing was not. The views from the balcony were exactly as picured . . . The gulf as well as the lights of Front Beach Rd were spectacular. Unfortunately we chose spring bike week and the noise was unbearable even on the 21st floor. This said, the motorcycle noise was not within the control of the host. Would we would select this unit again? Yes! Comfortable beds, easy access to beach, convenient parking, restaurants within walking distance and a great pool.

Nice rental, cleaning wasn’t thorough

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice new rental unit with amenities listed. The cleaning aspect could be a little more thorough. The surfaces had spills etc and I found some hairs on towels etc. water heater is also either small OR doesn’t work properly. You could barely get one shower out of it which was difficult to spread them out so much in order to get out of the door on time. We also had some difficulty with parking communication with our oversized vehicle which was resolved after a conversation with the parking manager.

Great stay, no issues with host

No issues with our stay, great host! We did have a hiccup with the A/C one day but a quick response resolved the issue. The next section is my reflection on the entire condo unit. Knowing this beforehand might have influenced our decision to stay here, so I thought you might too: Let's start with the parking garage and the labyrinth you have to take to get to your room. The garage is a separate building of the 3 towers. The only way to get to your building is to either go across on the ground floor or the third floor. It's not that big of a deal but if you have a lot of things that you are toting to your room or need to make multiple trips to your car, be sure you are on one of those floors to avoid having to take multiple elevators. Now on to the pool and their rules. Maybe this is normal for PCB, but it was a first for me. Basically, you cannot have a drink (of any kind) in the pool or even on the edge. There were two enforcers constantly watching to make sure the rules were adhered to. When asked why, they said they would have to drain the pool if anything spilled in there. I thought this was a laughable response as there were kids and babies in the pool along with their bodily functions. My drink should be the least of your worries. There was a day where they were working on the tiles at the pool, using a chop saw right beside the pool. They were blowing dust and debris straight into the pool, which also made me question why they were so worried about the drinks.
