We had a wonderful time. The pool was heated and felt like bath water. The ocean was calm, with beautiful views from the condo. Easy parking. Comfy beds. We will be booking this condo again in the future!

Best stay at Edgewater

This is my family's fifth time staying at the Edgewater resort and this condo was by far the cleanest and well maintained to date.

The view was great. Location is ideal. The unit was filthy. I had to go buy cleaning products and clean the unit myself the day we arrived. It was gross. It was no surprise that we found cockroaches in the bedroom. It desperately needs renovation. There was mold in the bathrooms and the faucets and toilets ran or leaked nonstop. The owner needs to invest in the unit as it’s in a sad state of disrepair.

The condo was beautiful as well as the beach but, they could’ve given us a heads up on the construction going on right next door to us. All week from 9-4 you couldn’t stay in your room due to the jack hammers. You couldn’t hear yourself think if you stayed inside. And the owners wouldn’t help us.

We really enjoyed the condo. The condominium was not busy. You didn’t have to stand in line to wait on elevators like you do with many other condominiums. The beach was not crowded in our section. I thought the living room and kitchen were both nice with a great view of the beach. The beds were comfortable. No complaints.

Tub holds water in shower and drips. The toilet Bowl had gray water in it when we arrived like house keeping didn’t clean it. The fridge shook when you opened door. The condo just needed updating. I wouldn’t rent it again.

Our check in was delayed as the condo wasn’t clean yet at 4:00 check in time. It was a bit musty but could tell it had been cleaned, other than under the beds. We really enjoyed the condo set up and location. There are a few maintenance type issues such as a fridge that needs attention, as well as the tubs constantly dripped water. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Right on the beach with unobstructed views. The weather conditions were marginal this time of year but no crowds to deal with. Probably would not go during the busy time of year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo because it was close to the beach and on the first floor. The condo itself was just okay, could use some upgrades and a deeper clean. (My 1 year old had black knees after crawling around for just a few minutes) the views were spectacular with the wall to wall windows in the living/dining area. Super close to the pool area and There’s plenty of space.

Loved the room!!

The room was very roomy, great view, loved not having to deal with elevators & being able to park close! Only complaint was construction right above our room at 9am that lasted all day

Been my only place at PCB

I have been coming here to edgewater since my kids were young this time brought my grandkids. This unit needs some updating done on it! My stay was good but a tad disappointed in the little things that could have made my stay even better! But I’ll be back I love edgewater and pcb
