Great location, lots of room, beds are comfortable, and the neighborhood is crowded but quiet. We will definitely consider this house for next year. The hostess is amazing and easy.to communicate with.
We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and extremely well stocked. Plenty of towels, blankets, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, kitchen knives, etc. The location was great for checking out downtown Reno as well as going for beautiful drives in the surrounding area. The host was extremely communicative as well. Highly recommend!
I'm originally from Pittsburgh PA. I've lived in NY, FL, OH and decades in Reno NV. My husband is a 3rd generation Nevadan. My husband has owned this home for decades. Over the past 10 years we've updated the majority of the house. Most of the work has been done by my husband & I.
I've hosted business group stays for a few months, colleagues for seminars and multiple generations of a family. Plenty of room to gather or find a quiet spot to read a book.
My guests say it's very clean, convenient and has all the necessities. And the beds are comfortable:)
We love this house and enjoy sharing it with guests from in and out of this country.
Tons of neighborhood charm. Old Reno brick homes, largest park in Reno 1/2 mile away, University of Nevada a few blocks. Downtown Reno & the river are less than a mile away.
