Located right in the heart of vibrant downtown Reno, Plum Tree Cottage puts the popular Brewery District and numerous entertainment venues just a short walk away. This lively, up-and-coming neighborhood is truly electric, but that energy comes with an urban soundtrack: you should anticipate a mix of city and residential noise. When the Reno Aces secure a win, the sky may fill with the celebratory light and sound of fireworks! Similarly, large city events can cause temporary street closures and additional noise. While the area is rapidly improving, please note that not all neighboring homes are currently well-maintained.

I am happy to welcome your well-behaved (aren't they all?!!?) furry companions to Plum Tree Cottage! Please send me a message before your stay to let me know if you’ll be bringing a pet. A small pet fee applies to help with cleaning. I kindly ask that pets stay off furniture and are not left unattended inside the home unless crated. Thank you for helping me keep the space comfortable for all my guests—two- and four-legged alike!

I absolutely adore welcoming families, especially those with spirited little ones! Just let me know if you'll need additional sleeping arrangements or a high chair. For added peace of mind, I am happy to equip the space with safety gates, cabinet locks, and plug covers upon request. I've also stocked board games and outdoor lawn games to keep them entertained.

I am happy to accommodate your needs to the best of my ability. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please send a message and I will do my best to accommodate you. I may be able to accommodate half-day additions; please don't hesitate to ask. If there are guests before or after your stay, this may not be an accommodation I can make. The health, safety, and well-being of my guests is my main priority. For this reason, I use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
This property features external security cameras on the exterior of the Plum Tree Cottage. They are outward-facing and are continuously recording. They do not look into any interior space but do record video and sound. We also provide enhanced safety features, including available security system access, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers that are strategically placed throughout the home.

Please refrain from any and all smoking inside Plum Tree Cottage! Any smoking evidence may result in an additional fee for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and Furniture Deep Cleaning.
