Explore Atlanta's vibrant downtown area and enjoy your stay in this newly furnished 2-level townhome, conveniently located near Truist Park (home of the world champion Atlanta Braves), The Battery, and Cumberland Mall. 2-car parking pad on the premises for guests; please adhere to community’s policy concerning street parking. Long-term rental option; please inquire with host. Bluetooth sound system built into end table in the living room. Outdoor patio with privacy fence. An array of amenities!

The space
This charming townhome has a nicely sized, comfortable living room space and dining area, perfect for friends and family to gather. Easy access to a fenced in patio and backyard. A cook-ready kitchen with a coffee station. Two large bedrooms with plenty floor space for air mattresses, which the host has provided. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for privacy and convenience. There’s a washer and dryer upstairs available for use, along with extra bedding and bath towels. This private access home also has two designated parking spaces directly in front of the property.

Excellent Location & Property

This is the first time that we had utilized a VRBO property in Atlanta and we will definitely do it again. This property was close to the Braves Stadium and also the interstate. The property was exactly like it was advertised - which is very rare. I would definitely recommend utilizing this property instead of getting a hotel close to the stadium.

Great place to stay especially if you're going to the stadium!

This property is super clean, comfortable and easy to get to in a safe well lit neighborhood with a ton of food choices nearby. We will definitely be back for more shows and will pick this one every time. Thank you so much for having us!

Exceed my expectations

I was a first-time nervous VRBO’er and booked this townhouse for a concert at Truist Park. The communication was quick and helpful. Once we checked in the townhouse was much nicer than the photos showed. The place was clean the air was cold and I could not have found a better place to stay. Ordering an Uber was just as easy, getting to and from the venue. Our plan B was to walk back to the townhome if needed but that never happened.

Great Location

This was a great location, far enough out of the city to feel safe, but close enough to get everywhere easily. I appreciated having a spot to park our car off the street. The fenced in yard and deck area looked very nice although we didn't use that area. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We used 1 of the air mattresses. It worked great and was nice to have available. There are plenty of towels/linenes.

Hmmmmm

I was charged for a smoke smell but we do not smoke. It smelled like smoke when we got there. Mildew in bathroom. Musty smell. No one ever got back to me.

Great Stay in Short Notice

A VRBO booking to make for NYE was brought to my attention on Christmas by a couple of friends who had never made one before. I knew immediately how hard it would be to find even the most “decent” place to stay on such short notice. But the WATT Group provided me with a great home in a welcoming neighborhood. What you see in the photos is what you get and much more! The only gripe I have, were the overhead lights above the dining table weren’t functioning. But other than that, if you’re looking for a home to stay with above par cleanliness, this is the place to be.

Disappointed

The property was an overall disappointment. There was a definite "animal/pet" odor in the unit. It looked better in the pictures than in reality. Finally, the amount of work required in the check-out procedures makes me wonder why the cleaning fee was so much. I'm afraid that we would only return to this property if there was absolutely nothing else available in the Atlanta area.

Excellent communication. Issue with door being locked but very fast communication. Very strong and obvious smoke smell. This should be declared in listing. Especially upstairs. There were scent sticks all over to mask it. Also very damp in air. There were damp rid bags in all closets to try and collect moisture. They did offer discount for smoke. Which I accepted. But only because I couldn't find accommodations that short notice. Neighborhood was good. Very close to braves stadium. I wouldn't stay again because of smoke but if it isn't a concern to you it is a good place to stay.

Hands Down best host ever

Honestly this is my favorite property so far. The neighborhood is super cute, clean and friendly. The neighbors are very helpful and polite. Plenty of places to eat or shop nearby without being too city like(nearby food has been superb so far). The property is even nicer and larger in person. It feels like your being welcomed home as soon as you enter but catered too like a true friend/guest. The only problem is you will never want to leave! Lol but in all seriousness the host is the highlight of the property, open communication, charismatic and charming, you will feel welcomed at every second. This property is a true gem.
