Guests have private access to the entire apartment during their stay, however the two owner storage closets are locked and unavailable to guests.

Minimum booking age is 24 years old.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

The third sleeping space is a queen-size air mattress located in the living room.

No parties, events, smoking, or vaping are permitted anywhere on the property.

Please do not tamper with the Ring doorbell camera or the noise monitoring device.

All guests are required to electronically sign a Short-Term Rental Guest Agreement before check-in. This agreement outlines the terms of your stay and confirms that this is a temporary lodging arrangement, not a landlord-tenant relationship.

Check-in instructions will be provided after the Guest Agreement has been completed.

After booking, you'll receive access to our Guest Portal, where you'll find check-in instructions, house information, local recommendations, and the option to purchase early check-in or late checkout for $25, when available, please contact host to check availabiity.

Parking requires payment through the on-site QR code.

Pool availability, elevator maintenance, and other building amenities are managed by the property management company. While we hope you can enjoy every amenity during your stay, we cannot guarantee availability or provide refunds for temporary closures.
