La maison au bord du lac à Moultonborough, NH avec une zone de plage / piscine sable pour les enfants. 3 kayaks, chaloupes, canots et le crapet-soleil inclus. Il ya un flotteur pour la natation / pêche tout un quai de 28 pieds peut accueillir votre bateau. Grande terrasse au bord du lac avec table de pique-nique et un pont de taille plus avec un barbecue au propane pour les repas et le cocktail. 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains offrent beaucoup de place pour 8 personnes. Grand séjour / salle à manger avec cheminée et télévision par câble. table de baby-foot. 3 télévisions permettent aux enfants de regarder Disney pendant que vous regardez ce que vous voulez. Internet haut débit avec l'option sans fil. Vous voulez une journée loin du lac? Randonnée Red Hill, Mt. Chocorua, Whiteface Mountain ....... Tous proximité. Quai de bateau, radeau de natation et d'autres équipements saisonniers peuvent / peuvent ne pas être disponibles à compter mi Sept-mi-Juin.

Fabulous Vacation Stay!

We had a great time staying at Pete's beautiful Lake House! The views are wonderful and we took advantage of the rowboat, canoe and kayaks. Communication was top-notch throughout our stay and the house was exactly as pictured. We would love to come back again.

September Long Weekend

We had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with friends. The home was lovely and had everything we needed. Peter was a great host and responded quickly to any questions.

Beautiful secluded retreat

This is a beautiful secluded house right on the lake. The house is large, fully equipped and exceedingly comfortable. The owner went out of his way to make certain that we had everything that we needed and that our stay would be a big success. We are already planning our return.

Nostalgic Summer Lake House

Great host. My family of 7 was very comfortable. Such a cool spot on the lake. This was our first, but definitely not last trip. We rented a boat. Glad we did. A necessity to see and experience it all.

Excellent location of lake and beautiful home

We really loved this home. Perfect layout for having teens have their own space and living room, and plenty of spaces to gather and hang out. Quiet cove that was very calm waters and easy docking, great private swim area and swim raft. Loved the neighborhood and location and will rent here again! Pete was very responsive and helpful for anything needed. Kitchen met all our needs and I cannot think of any negatives except the beds were hard and I would recommend mattress topper on them to make more comfortable.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Peter's home. The home was clean and on a beautiful area of the lake. Peter was easy to communicate with throughout the process. I would recommend staying here.

New Year's Fairytale

Thanks to Pete, the owner, we had the most pleasant New Year's celebration of our lives. He told us everything about the house in great detail, and was available for any questions . The house is stocked so well, my wife didn't use any of the kitchen supplies she packed. The house itself is very cozy, clearly well taken care of, and the property is gorgeous. I could give ten stars, but this website only allows five.

Pete was an amazing host. He is a fantastic communicator. Gave us detail instructions on kayaks, sail boat, etc. Great recommendations for restaurants and hikes. We had the best time as a family and felt so at home in this Awesome home. Has everything you need and more. Thank you! Can't wait to come back.

Great family lakehouse

The house was better than expected with plenty of space for everyone. The kids had a blast on the beach, dock, raft, and watersports gear available. Perfect for a family getaway. It is tucked away and quiet while still not being to far away from destinations. Property manager was fantastic and very responsive with any questions. We are excited to come back next year.

Fantastic Lake House

We loved every bit of our stay. House is big, location is great, views are insanely good. Clean swimming area. Tons of fish to catch right off dock. Can’t say anything bad.

Perfect getaway!

What a great place! It's spacious, it's clean, it's rural, it's quiet, it's very comfortable and above all, it's beautiful. Tucked away on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee, this place is an absolute gem. We had the fireplace roaring for 8 days straight and the view of the lake never gets old. Communication with the host is so easy and he'll make sure you'll have everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay, we'll be back for sure!

Terrific Lake place

The place is very spacious and open. Ample bedrooms and large bathrooms. Lots of water equipment such as paddleboards, kayaks, sunfish sailboat, rowboat and nice beach to launch all of the water fun. Very quiet cove that is often shielded from any wind which makes it possible to be on the water often. Pete, the host, was extremely responsive. The place was immaculate when we arrived. Plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking. We hope to definitely return one day.

Perfect lake getaway

Before we arrived to this wonderful lake house, the owner was informative and helpful. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great open space and a large deck. Plenty of seating. The beach was perfect for our family. Our kids were in the water all day. We enjoyed swimming to the raft too! Kayaking and paddle boarding were great ways to explore the cove. We also got some fishing in. Very relaxing and beautiful vacation. The sunsets were a perfect way to end each day.

Beautiful lakefront

Wonderful vacation home. Everything you hope for and more. Great open concept on main floor, nice walkout ground level to beach and dock. Easy to find, private wooded lot. Shady mornings, sunny afternoons with beautiful sunsets. Great central location on the lake. private cove with easy access to main part of the lake.

Beautiful location on Winnipesaukee. Close to everything, but in a private/quiet cove. Great swimming area, comfortable and large home. We had a wonderful week!

The best location with great access to the lake and waterfront property

This house is the best, the views of the lake, the layout, the sleeping arrangements, all are set up in the best way to enjoy the fabulous property. The views and access to Lake Winnipesaukee are fantastic and Pete is a great host.
