ASK ABOUT OUR Linger longer special •So close to many ski areas, Gunstock Ski Resort 15 min away • Dog friendly • Brand new custom craftsman, modern cottage with lofty places and cozy spaces! Walking distance to all Meredith attractions. 2 minute walk to Lake Winnipesaukee, Custom built with all the extras needed for an amazing stay. BBQ grill and outdoor patio with seating, well equipped kitchen, luxury towels and bath amenities. Simply beautiful and less than a 5 minute walk to Church Landing and all Mill Falls properties, Spa, movies, grocery, library, several bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Many town beaches are a close driving distance. Rent a boat for your length of stay or bring your boat along to play! Walking distance to EKAL Activity Center where you can rent canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. You can also take a chartered boat trip around Lake Winnipesaukee as well. Hiking trails for the family and your pup just steps from your door. We allow one well behaved pre-approved dog per stay with a $200 pet fee. Sometimes we do allow 2 dogs but must be pre-approved. Dogs can not be pre-approved on same day of arrival. Please make sure to provide information on your pup with your inquiry such as size, weight, breed and age.

The Meredith Cottage is an exceptional find! The cottage is located within walking distance from Main Street, local shops and restaurants. Additionally, the host has thought of all the amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom among others. The host was easy to speak to throughout our stay. Lastly, Meredith is a lovely lake town 30 minutes from Gunstock Ski Resort for winter fun.

The cottage was very nicely appointed. We enjoyed time with family and friends and were able to cook and enjoy each others company. The location is fabulous to walk to restaurants , the lake, and shopping! We had everything we needed for the week away from home!

This is the nicest VRBO I have stayed at. Even nice than the photos, which I thought looked great. The special extra touches throughoutthat Sharon provided were unexpected, amaking and so appreciated. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay or a nicer host. If we head to Meredith again, we will be asking to stay here w/o a doubt!.

Seamless process! The house was spotless with lots of extras. It was well supplied and close to several restaurants and shops. Wish I had been able to stay in this property for a longer period of time, but were swinging through multiple states on our trip.

Very clean, great communication with the host, very pet friendly, and the location was within walking distance to a shops, restaurants, activities, Trails, and basically everything you would want to do. Short driving distance to even more activities and things to. We even rented a boat and went around the lake for a couple of hours.

This Home blew us away with cleanliness, accessibility, beautiful decor. Home had everything we could possibly need. Excellent proximity to Mills Falls shopping area in Meredith Harbor. I would have no problem renting from this property owner. We were super impressed.

We have 2 adult married children, a dog and two mischievous cats! We are very experienced travelers and have traveled the world staying in VRBO/HOMEAWAY Properties. This is our third property we list with VRBO/HOMEAWAY

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property has been in our family for 40 years. We tore down the original cottage and built a brand new one keeping the original granite slabs the house was sitting upon and used them for landscaping. It’s a beautiful custom home with beautiful hand carved woodwork inside and out with an awesome porch. Swing to watch the day go by and a private backyard with seating and barbecue.

Its amazing to walk everywhere in downtown Meredith. you can walk to the Library, grocery, post office, So many coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, book stores and so much more right outside your doorstep and watch the fireworks from your porch!
