At night, everyone finds their perfect place to land. Two inviting bedrooms offer queen beds for deep, restful sleep, while a third room with custom twin bunks becomes a favorite for kids or the young at heart. A futon in the second queen room adds flexibility for extra guests, making the home feel effortlessly accommodating.

Days begin in the open kitchen, where coffee brews, meals come together easily, and the dining table fills with conversation. Afterward, the house shifts into play mode—two living rooms with rich leather seating, a big-screen TV, board games, shuffleboard, pool table, and bar area set the tone for fun and friendly competition.

Step outside to grill on the deck, gather around the fire pit, challenge each other to bocce or horseshoes, practice your short game on the new mini putting green, and wind down knowing there’s room for your boat, your dog, and everyone you brought along.
The home is conveniently located right on Long Island Road, making it easy to come and go while staying close to the water. Just down the street you’ll find the public boat launch at Harilla Landing, perfect for days on the lake, or take a short drive to Long Island Beach for swimming, relaxing, and soaking up the scenery. It’s a prime spot for enjoying everything Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer.
