Tout le nécessaire pour des vacances idéales à votre porte. Hamac au bord du lac, terrasse couverte, terrasse extérieure, trou de maïs (jeu de plateau de sac de haricots), balançoire, sentier de marche / jogging / course de 2 miles, quai de 33 pieds (fouets et échelle de bain), bain à remous pour 4 personnes toute l'année avec TV, radeau de bain (10 pieds de profondeur), amarrage (13 pieds de profondeur), deux kayaks de 10 pieds, canot de 14 pieds, dériveur / chaloupe, poêle Solo (foyer extérieur), foyer au bois, bois de chauffage, panier de basket et grand observation des étoiles. Ramez ou conduisez 1 mile pour le petit déjeuner à Ames Farm Inn pendant l'été.

Neuf minutes pour Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion [salle de concert fka Meadowbrook], onze minutes pour Gunstock Recreation Area [ski de neige en hiver, tyrolienne / parcours de cordes / randonnée], et seize minutes pour Weirs Beach [Drive In classique, arcades, promenade, plage, etc.].

Trois chambres avec un lit queen dans chacune, salon / salle de jeux avec lits superposés [deux lits jumeaux] et un lit simple. Quatre unités de pompe à chaleur / AC, grand gril au propane à 6 brûleurs, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, Wi-Fi, câble HD, M. Cafetière, machine K-Cup, laveuse et sécheuse.

Remarque: il y a des lits standard pour neuf, mais la propriété peut accueillir jusqu'à douze - trois lits pliants Millard Premium «de taille standard» avec matelas en mousse à mémoire sont disponibles [les lits standard ne mesurent que 26 "de large… ils mesurent 38" de large]

Draps et serviettes de bain fournis. Dernière maison dans une rue sans issue - nombreux parkings pour véhicules et / ou remorques.

This is a great property, well maintained, with all of the amenities that you typically need. Plus its only a short drive to several restaurant's, stores, and shopping. The owner is extremely responsive, accommodating, and was also very proactive with communication as well. We stayed here 2 years ago and will stay here again.

Alton Bay

Great location and great amenities. The view is absolutely amazing, interior and exterior spaces are comfortable and spacious, kayaks and a canoe were nice touches, the dock and swimming platform made swimming easy and fun. Easy access to Mt. Major and other hiking, as well as local restaurants.

Great fall weekend stay

We had a great stay in the fall. House was perfectly located on the lake. Terrific amenities, including the canoe and hot tub. Communication with the owner was flawless. Would definitely stay again!

Great cottage

This cottage is outstanding, especially for a family. The hot tub, beach, dock, kayaks, canoe and swim raft are steps away from the house- which is in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. The 2.3 mile walking trail is perfect for kids and dogs. We keep coming back and it gets better every time!

Amazing Memorial Day Weekend

Property was extremely well kept, had all the amenities you could think of. Easy and fast communication with Jamie made renting the property so smooth. Great view on the lake with plenty of good times to be had.

Perfect Winter Vacationing!!

Ice fishing, skiing, tubing, snow mobiling, Mountain train rides, Ice Castles. Need I say more?? Oh Yes!! Much more!! Coming home to relax in hot tub, whole family sitting down to a meal with an unbelievably well stocked kitchen! Then ending the night with Family board games or curling up in front of fireplace to read a book. Waking up to watch planes landing and taking off on the beautiful Frozen Lake Winnepasauke. What a beautiful vaca!! Well worth the 8 hour drive from NJ!! Cant wait to go back & experience this home and all its amenities in the Summer!!nosrd games...or

This house and location was perfect for us. It had everything we needed for a fun and restful time. Jamie is the best host, all questions and needs answered very promptly. He really wanted us to be comfy and have the best time. This was our third vacation here! Hope to come back!

Alton Bay

This is our second time staying at this property. We are a small group of retired FDNY. We come to laconia yearly for bike week. The Home and the property are amazing and the owner takes well care of it. If the views weren’t enough Jamie has all the amenities and accessories there to enjoy yourself.Close to dining and wiers beach.I highly recommend staying here if your visiting or vacationing in the area

The owner Jamie and the property are awesome.It is right on the water and has many amenities.The property is close to restaurants and shopping.We have been staying in this area for the last 20 years until the owner sold and we neede a new place to stay.I would say we would 100% stay again.

A few days at the lake

Clean, well equipped appliances. The dock can be tough to dock a boat. But all in all this is one of the better houses I have to stay at on the lake.

Perfect waterfront home!

What a beautiful, clean home and perfect waterfront location! Our family had a great week. The kayaks, canoe , and raft were used all week as well as the hot tub, fire pit and cornhole game. The fully- stocked kitchen and large grill were a bonus for the evenings we cooked in. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to coming back!

The listing doesn't do this place justice!

What an amazing spot. The cleanliness of this house was refreshing right when we walked in... fresh flowers, mints on pillows. The view!!! wow. From the view, layout, beds, coziness and cleanliness the listing and pic's don't do it justice. We had friends and family in the area as well and the house was perfect to entertain family dinner.

PERFECT!

Absolutely perfect getaway spot for Lake Winnipesaukee!! Communication and check in process with Jamie was easy and accommodating. This property has everything you need for a lake getaway whether it be with friends or family. I took my family here for a 4 day weekend and we didn’t want to leave! There were 9 of us and everyone was comfortable and relaxed. Everything was perfect and my mind was at ease knowing that Jamie would be quick and helpful if anything went awry. I rented a pontoon boat for two days and getting out onto the lake and docking was extremely easy. The kayaks and canoe did not go to waste either. Beautiful sunsets for a beautiful property. Can not wait to book again!

2 loads of towels and 1 load of linens were left on washer for us to do, house had many fruit flies, couldn't figure source until went to throw away a bag of garbage, there were hundreds of flies and fruit flies in storage bin. the garbage cans are hard to get to and to small, this situation must have existed for some time.2 bed were full not queens, just needs a little upgrade, otherwise place was great.

Amazing Getaway

What a beautiful home! We were 8 woman on a bachelorette party looking for relaxation and laughs! This was such a perfect setting and Jamie could not have been a better host. This spacious home allowed for all us to spread out comfortably. It was clean and well stocked! Location was perfect, right on the lake with beautiful views of the mountains. Jamie was responsive, kind and extremely accommodating! Fresh flowers upon arrival was an extra special touch! Would definitely use this property again if I were to be in the area. The only complaint we had was Mother Nature did not cooperate for us. Even still the house was perfectly set up for us to enjoy. Despite the weather we were able to grill, use the jacuzzi and hang inside comfortably! Book this property, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful Property!

This property had everything we could possibly need for a family vacation! From the size (3 bdrms plus the 2 sets of bunks in the finished basement, the interior living space, large kitchen area with everything you could need provided), to the exterior with the dinghy, kayaks and canoe, corn hole, hottub, covered deck, chairs and lounges, hammock - wow! I"ve stayed at other lake front properties, and this one is by far the best fit for our family. We had lake friends visit for the day and there was plenty of room to park their pontoon and jet ski at the dock, with another jet ski at the mooring. The swim dock with the seat-backs and pop-up table were a nice surprise! The home was super clean and they provide linens - one less thing to pack =) Mini splits a/c and fans in every room. Any kitchen appliance you could need - another nice surprise because i usually bring all that with me. Plenty of parking! We had 8 vehicles one day. And the communication with this owner was outstanding! Clear, concise instructions and immediate responses. Just wonderful! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Lake House!

House sits right on the water with excellent views from the porch and main living area. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials as well as many toys (hot rub, canoe, kayak, fire pit, etc.) The owner was very responsive and really knows how to manage rental properties. We fully recommend this VRBO property and will likely come back next year.

Perfect Location for a Grande vacation with family

This property was absolutely amazing. Our family had a fantastic time and enjoyed our stay very much. This property had everything we needed for the week. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, private and quiet. The location was very close to shopping, activities and restaurants.
