Perfect for extended family vacation

Great house for large family. Grandparents can stay in little house and have their privacy. A few issues about which I messaged mgmt company, but overall we loved our stay. Bring sleep masks in case they don’t replace shades bc bedrooms are BRIGHT in the am!

Nice home with great pool

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable with many items to make the stay comfortable. The neighborhood has some homes being revitalized. Overall a comfortable stay with the beach nearby.

Wonderful vacation experience

We truly enjoyed our time! Anna Maria Island was beautiful and so much fun! The kids loved being able to play in the pool and with the putting green! The house was clean and very nice! The only negative I could come up with is that the bed in the master bedroom was VERY firm. Overall we enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

Fantastic house for family!

My family stayed here after moving my grandfather into an assisted living in Bradenton. It was a comforable home to be able to relax and decompress. The house and property were clean and provided everything we needed. We were sad that we didn't schedule a longer stay.

Great place for a family

This is a great place to stay for a larger family. The house was clean, accommodating and in a good location. The property and the staff were great at fulfilling our needs and making our stay comfortable.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

This is the first time that I am rating the property as five stars, but the experience as only three. While the property management company did send me an email detailing the supply provisions 48 hours prior to my arrival, I did not comb over it to extrapolate that I would need to bring my own toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, and dish cloth, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap. You are given one tiny cake of soap for each bathroom, and a total of three rolls of toilet paper and one starter dishwasher pod. For a house that sleeps 8! In no time in my extensive stays at rentals would I ever, nor have I been obligated to supply these things myself-and this information was not included on VRBO. The last thing I am interested in doing when I fly across Hells half acre is to immediately seek a grocery store to get a kitchen sponge. I was quite dismayed to find I was given only one tiny kitchen towel and a cloth. This is very subpar. At a basic customer service level, I find this quite disappointing. I also think about the waste that is routinely employed in buying the supplies, and then forced to just throw away. In a world in which we continually waste and dispose of everything individually, I would think a property management company would handle this more efficiently and as a result, I would call the experience negative. There were other things that were also disappointing –no silverware in the guest house, the same hazardous rug in the living room-AMI-read the reviews!

Fun in the sun

The property was as described by VRBO. Plenty of room for the family. It would have been nice to have extra comfortable seating indoors like a couple recliners. I would like to suggest the owners remove the carpet in the living room which was definitely a fall hazard. We all tripped on the rug including 3 older adults age 84 and over.

Great house!

My family and I stayed at this lovely house in January (2023). The house is renovated and having that separate house was an great addition, especially if two or more families are staying together. The place was clean. This house is centrally located and is in a great neighborhood. The property manager/company was responsive and took care of everything right away. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I were very comfortable here. Coffee by the pool was just what I needed in the mornings. House was clean and the bed was comfortable. We got in late and the batteries on the the door key pad must have been dead. I felt bad for calling so late but the nice lady on the other end of the phone got us in right away. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal family space.

Ideal for families. Loved the annex, plus excellent garden furniture and outside space. Some basic items lacking in house, a trip the the dollar store was needed for cloths line, pegs etc as no facility to hang washing either outside or in garage. A vacuum cleaner would have been a better option than a dustpan and brush. However the house was perfect size for our family of 6 adults and one child, and would happily stay again if we return to the area as a family.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The pool was a plus. The communication was great. They called back 2 mins after I left a message. They had extra towels and bed sheets. It's in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay!

We loved this home. We stayed with a friend and loved the option to have our children and us in the home and our friend had privacy in their own place in the guest house. The home was very clean, well stocked, and absolutely beautiful. We were surprised to find there was beach gear (umbrella, chairs, floaties, etc) in the garage. It was awesome! It's a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and our favorite.... the beach! Great location, great place to stay. We are already daydreaming of when we can come stay here again.
