The two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor, which gives plenty of privacy for those socializing downstairs. The newly renovated downstairs lends itself beautifully to entertaining and to spending quality time together. A large living room is elegantly furnished; the plush sofa pulls out into a queen bed. Wall-to-wall sliding glass doors lead out onto your private patio where there’s additional seating and stunning views of the lake and of the Florida landscape.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts wall to wall windows overlooking the lake. This cozy space has a chic king bed, a love seat, and a tasteful en suite bath. The second guest room also has a king bed, flat screen TV, and full en suite bath. The stackable washer and dryer are upstairs in the corridor between the bedrooms.

While you’ll make many memories at this beautiful townhome, you’ll make even more out and about on the complimentary 4-seater golf cart that you have access to at Beachwalk Villas 5175.
