Was the most amazing time. Neighbors are fabulous and a wealth of knowledge to get around entirely by golf cart. Rented a car and only touched it to get to and from the airport!

Absolutely Enjoyable

Very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the very quiet and safe neighborhood, the new pool and especially the golf cart. Would love to stay at this location again.

Great location

We always stay in this area because it is the best place to get around on a golf cart. No need to get in a car unless going into Destin or going to 30a area. House was perfect for our little pups. Would definitely stay here again

Nice place to stay. Very quiet. The beach was extremely crowded with language and smoking. We chose to go to the pools landside and had a much better experience. I’m sure the beach issues had to do with Spring breakers.

Overall a very good experience. The golf cart I was expecting was not available during my stay and did not find that out until the day before I was to arrive. However, the host provided a discount which I really appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was perfect for our beach trip — clean, well-equipped, and pet-friendly. We loved that it even had dog leashes and a fenced yard for our pup. The floor plan was great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a golf cart included was super convenient, and the location couldn’t have been better — right between the bay and the ocean. The property manager was amazing and very responsive. There was so much to do in the resort, and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Only a couple of minor issues, the door didn’t open with our code so that took an extra 15 minutes to get sorted out but we got it. Dishwasher door wouldn’t close, I believe it was fixed on Tuesday afternoon, after a Sunday check in. And Thursday we noticed the floor was wet, the condensation pipe was backed up and leaking water all in the floor, messing up the wood floor. But the rooms were perfect, the host communicated efficiently and the beds were comfortable. Golf cart was nice and we would stay here again.

We loved it!!!

Beautiful Property well, taken care of. It has all the luxuries you can imagine and the convenience of the golf cart was amazing. The golf cart had a little bit of an issue when you let off the gas it would kind of choke out but other than that it was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I absolutely loved this pet friendly cottage. It was perfect for my birthday get away. The adorable little fenced in backyard was ideal for our two fur babies. I loved how they left coffee pods next to the Keurig, and pump hand soap at the sinks. (it's the little things that were so thoughtful.) The extra large golf cart will be great in the summer so we will have to stay here again since it was in the 30's while we were here. Been coming to Sandestin for 25 years and this house has been pushed to the top of our list for cuteness, and cleanliness.

a minute agoNewNice clean beautiful home and location was great too for our family of four and small fur baby. It gave a quaint cottage feel. One bedroom was king with adjoining bath and the other had 2 full beds with attached private bath. Everything in community was close by. Pool was just a short golf cart ride and there were multiple pools. Easy to walk around to give pet exercise This place was really accommodating as it had a backyard perfect for relaxing in between pool, beach and village visits. The included cart golf was a hit and made getting around the best. Backyard was also perfect for the dog. it was fenced off at back but not completely fenced in which was still ok. There was also a front patio area which had a table and umbrella. The home had nice touches throughout that gave you beach vibes. Looking forward to returning.
