Just a two-minute walk from the beach and situated on a freshwater canal, this property offers a range of outdoor activities. Enjoy fishing from the dock, paddle boarding, or kayaking to the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve. The property also features an inviting in-ground pool. Whether you’re seeking a short walk to the beach, engaging in canal activities, or lounging by the pool, this retreat has something for everyone!

Upon entering, you’ll feel an immediate sense of ease. The home is modern, comfortable, and exudes a loving, beachy vibe. The upper-level great room features a spacious living area with a large screen TV, opening to a kitchen with gleaming quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a double oven/range. The large kitchen island with three bar stools is perfect for entertaining and convenient for snacks and meals. On either side of the great room, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
