This oceanfront condo has spectacular views of the sunrise over the ocean, the pier, and great vistas of the entire beachfront from the three balconies. This condo is upgraded frequently for your enjoyment with new furnishings and decor. The comfort of this coastal gem will have you returning year after year.

The main bedroom has a main bath and two wonderful private balconies overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has its own private bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or those who like separate beds. There is also a Murphy bed hidden in the living room closet (no more sleeping on a pull out couch). Our dining room table from Bassett Home Furnishings comfortably seats eight, meaning there is room for the whole family!

The location of this condo makes going to the pool for a quick swim or going down to the beach for the day a simple task - no waiting for elevators or walking through the complex to reach the pools- it's located just steps away from the pool areas and a short walk to the beach making it a perfect location for visitors traveling with little ones.

Beachside offers the closest balcony to the ocean. You will remember sipping your coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise for months after your vacation ends and the dinners you'll share in the shade of the balcony while enjoying the relaxing sounds of the waves just below the balcony. You cannot get a retreat with a balcony closer to the ocean. And with this sought-after location near the elevator for easy move in and out you'll be down to the beach or pool in no time.

Other condo features include a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances; a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. We also have a full range of small appliances for your convenience during your stay.

When you book this terrific escapade, you will have access to incredible shared amenities, including three outdoor swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), and two indoor fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
