You’ll love being so close to world-class skiing and snowboarding at Park City Mountain's Cabriolet Ski Lift Base, as well as the incredible restaurants, local art galleries, and lively nightlife of historic Main Street. A short drive takes you to Utah Olympic Park, while a longer one takes you to downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport. Additionally, you’ll have access to the community’s exclusive amenities, including a pool and hot tub.

After a fun day out and about, continue your mountain vacation by walking into a home boasting an open-concept design that brings living and dining together for a memorable group getaway. Take a seat in the living room in front of the stone fireplace, where you’ll find plush armchairs, a sofa, and a smart TV. The wide sliding glass doors lead to the balcony – a perfect setting for your morning cup of coffee. Each smart TV here is equipped with DirecTV, a DVD player, and Chromecast with access to YouTube, Netflix, music, and more for everyone to enjoy. For something more active, turn on the provided Nintendo Switch with eight Joy-Con controllers and play some of the games which include Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Party, and Mario Kart. Start dinner in a stunning kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances, ample cabinet space, and a marble island with seating for guests. Great location and value.

Beautiful neighborhood, quality furniture, great amenities, well stocked, and all appliances were so clean they appeared new. The free bus is just a five minute walk away. We drove 10 minutes to the ski resort and parked for free at the carpool lot which was also extremely convenient. The kitchen had everything that you’d need! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend!

Functional Clean Space with Great Ski Access (Canyons & Park City)

Great place for up to six adults or family with a few kids. Easy drive or bus to Canyons or Park City. Well-equipped kitchen and grocery stores just down the road at Kimball Junction.

Nice comfortable place

Liked the place very much , good value . The unit is close to the club house pool & Hot tub which was good because the the building hot tub was not working the entire length of our stay. Short walk to the bus stop. Guest bathroom had a very slow tub shower drain . Should be looked at to resolve clog

Perfect central location to everything!

Our family of 4 stayed very comfortably in this cute and clean condo. It had everything we needed and more! It was just about 5 miles from Main Street, in Kimball Junction. We also drove to several other towns nearby and you can get to any of them in less than 30 minutes. We also drove to Salt Lake City one evening.. it's just so close to everything. This unit is on the second floor but is at street-level and can also easily access from the garage under the condo via the elevator. The elevator is right outside the door which is a plus and it was never loud with passengers. At the club house, the pool was closed for the season (which was previously communicated) and the hot tub was closed the day we went to check it out, for some reason. We loved the fireplace that heated the placy up quickly and perfectly but there was also a heater too. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Trip!

BHV was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Park City. Everything in the condo was set up very nicely, the community members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for getting to and from the mountain. We will definitely look to return here next time we're back in town!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved this condo in Bear Valley. It's super close to all conveniences (Walmart, food, highway, downtown Park City) and the ski resorts. Easy in and out of the complex. Comfortable beds and all the amenities you could want for your stay. Close to walking trails, great places to relax outside the condo. Underground, heated parking. Really, it's a great complex and a great unit. Would definitely rent here again!

Nice place to stay.

Overall this was a great property. The check instructions were pretty good, but there was no parking placard or remote to get into the garage as the email said there would be...so it just made things a bit more complicated when we would come and go. The walls are thin and so it was a little noisy within the unit. The street lights are pretty bright and right outside the master bedroom window The curtains are thin and didn't really help. The bedding and living room were comfortable and it felt like home when we were there. We would book again.

Ski trip with my sons

I host an annual 3 day weekend with my sons from around the country - the accommodations were as presented. For the price paid, it was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The heated garage below is always a nice feature in the cold mornings!

Ski park city

Great location, worn and not very clean. 2 rolls of TP for 6 people for a week. Broken chair. No one answered ANY of the “call us for help” numbers! Needs new carpet And more supplies. GREAT location. Very nice hot tub in the clubhouse. The garage parking was awesome!! Price ended up steep considering above. All in all it worked well for our ski vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: - grill was filthy - The carpet was disgusting and had crumbs everywhere. Shoes had to be worn the entire time - The couch smells disgusting and has stains - Comforter had a pee stain as well as the bedroom sheets - Towels were dirty...was this place cleaned EVER? - Tried making breakfast one morning but the pots and pans are covered in grease from 5 years ago! - The coffee pots are way too small to accommodate a place that sleeps 7-8 - Water all over the floor in the kitchen because freezer leaked the entire time - We called and asked if this was convenient for the bus routes for Sundance and we’re told yes. To wait on a bus it’s about a 30-1 hour wait, where as everywhere else they run every 5 minutes so we were bambuziled

They did not call me back about this. Received a remote Friday afternoon. 2. Tuesday. No linen could be found for pull out couch. Called and told we would hear from local team that day. They called the next day and provided access to where linen was stored. 3. Thursday. Access card did not allow us into fitness club. Called and told we would hear from local team that day. Asked about remote for garage. They commented local team was going to deliver. On Friday I received a note that the owner must request a replacement. We did not have access to fitness club for entire visit. 4. In the email notes from TurnKey, I was given a number to text with. I sent a message. It responded that it is a robot and I was told to call the. Maintenance of property 1. Lower rack in dishwasher, both wheels off on one side. They were melted by heating coil. 2. Freezer would not dispense solid ice cubes. Would only crush them. 3. Left bathroom sinks in master bedroom was clogging immediately causing water to backup. I cleared clog. 4. Other bathroom, both sink and tub cause water to slowly backup. I removed clog. 5. Gas grill was not cleaned. Spare tank was not needed. It is empty.

Excellent location! Close to food, stores and ski area! This condo has not been well maintained. Carpet dirty! Easy to heat up and keep warm, beds good but kitchen supplies limited. Ice maker broken, big ugly chip in kitchen floor. Bed pillows yellow (because I stripped sheets)

Comfy and conveniently

The condo was clean, comfortable, roomy and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. There was some confusion about whether we were to have access to a hot tub or not. I would stay here again!

Disappointed

On checkin, the temp was 86 degrees. The next day the tech came and said the manager knew the AC was not working and they were waiting for parts. The condo was not vacuumed very well, there was food in the fridge and the shelves were dirty, the toilet had a terrible black ring, there was food in the silverware drawer, many of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, one of the bath towels was dirty in the cupboard, no dish rags or towels, microwave was dirty inside and out, stove had food on the burners, ice maker was turned off. Communicated on the first day and the second day as to the AC. The HVAC tech was surprized that noone had brought us fans. The first night we had to go out and purchase fans and move mattresses into the living room from the bed room as it was too hot to sleep. I sent pictures and communicated a total of 6 different times with requests for compensation for our inconviences and received a reply that the local team was informed but have never been contacted as to any compensation. It could have been a great stay, but it was very disappointing and I would not reccommend it to anyone! We had friends stay at the same complex with a different property manager and they had absolutely no problems. i would never work with TurnKey again! You have lost a customer.

Great location to get in and out of Park City and surrounding areas. only trouble was trying to get into the building, you must have key card or garage door opener to get into the under ground parking garage. It would have been nice to know that the opener and key cards were inside the condo. once we found out that everything went great for the week end. PS remember to leave the opener in the condo when you leave and not in the rental car!
