We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic, centrally located with easy access to all the best trails and plenty of parking. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked, which made cooking meals a breeze, and the whole place was clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and communication with the hosts was excellent. Check-in and check-out couldnât have been easier!A few things to note for future guests: During our stay, a few days reached over 80 degrees and the house got quite warm. While there is an AC unit in the living room, it didnât fully cool the bedrooms. The bedroom windows are on the smaller side, and there are no ceiling fans, so it was a bit tricky to sleep on hotter nights. Also, the bedroom windows face the pool area, which stays brightly lit at night, something to consider if you prefer sleeping with windows open. There is a washer and dryer on the property, but they require quarters (2 per load for each). Lastly, if you need to work remotely, keep in mind thereâs not a dedicated workspace, but if youâre here purely for vacation, itâs not an issue at all!Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place. Just a few small things to know ahead of time, but they didnât detract from a great stay!
Just a wonderful condo with a perfect location to walk all around park city easily! Nicely renovated and very comfortable home! Thanks for the great stay.
The space really great and the condo was well appointed and the location was prime. A few issues that we encountered: the unit was incredibly hot, had to sleep with all the windows open. The walkway leading to the unit is uneven so if it snows it can be a bit dangerous.
This is a very tidy condo in a great location, right across the street from the resort. The pool/hot tub provided plenty of entertainment for our kids, and the waterfall showers were quite refreshing after active days outside. I was quite pleased to have access to a well stocked kitchen and a grill by the pool. Overall, a very good value for the money.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a clean condo, super close to the resort and walking distance to the lifts, which was great to not have to mess with parking. We went to the Canyons side one day, and having the bus stop right out front of the condo was terrific. Nice walk to Main Street, about 20 minutes away. Definitely recommend!
Spent spring break week with my wife and two kids (11,13). This condo was a great home base for our park city visit. Across from base area, easy parking and nice amenities (outdoor pool and hot tub). Condo was recently renovated and very clean and modern, hip and comfy, with thoughtful touches that made it perfect for a ski vacation.
Super cute property but it is tiny! It had 2 bedrooms,/ 2 baths. living room and kitchen but nowhere I could roll out a yoga mat. Floor was really dirty but everything else was really clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Easy to access and the pool looked nice!
Awesome location (less than 5 min walk to Park City lifts, 15 min walk to Main St) and great, clean condo. Great communication from the hosts. The condo had all of the amenities we could need including soap/shampoo in the showers, pool towels, plastic cups for the hot tub, and gas fireplace. Beds were very comfortable!
Great location and very cute. Property managers very quick and accommodating to all requests.
Would suggest that the place is really more comfortable for four. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids slept on pull-out sofa which made it kind of tightâalthough it did work because they were 6 and 9.
The location was fantastic and the decor was really great. But the hot tub was not hot and was very disappointing. Also, the heat in the unit was so strong that, even when turned off, we had to sleep with the windows open. It was great to be able to walk to the PC base though.
This was an older property that has been tastefully updated. It had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and 2 like-new bathrooms. We did have to crack open windows to prevent the unit from getting too warm. But after a day of skiing we did appreciate the warm floors. It was a short walk to the Park City base lodge and thereâs a bus stop right out front. Very convenient!
Great location, very responsive - older property than looks in photos!
The team was great & location also great. Hot tub was rather large & fun! There were a few things, however. The decor is so cute - and does a decent job of âputting lipstick on a pig.â The photos are great - but pics donât represent exactly how it goes down. The property is older and it shows. There is a duct vent coming from outdoors to the inside via a cutout in the wall/floor! Strange. Old tiles/grout, etc. There was no TP, hand towels, etc - and not very clean. It feels like the housekeeping team dropped the ball some. We did contact managers for supplies & they were delivered promptly. Clearly cleaning challenges still existed tho.
Water was hot & pressure excellent in showers! Mostly good & a few strange things. Due to location, hot tub & responsiveness of managers, Iâd likely stay here again if on PC side - tho do prefer the Canyons!
We really enjoyed the layout, amenities and vibe of this place. Loved the vinyl, the fireplace and the extreme closeness to the ski hill. My kids loved the hot tub and we used it daily. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you!
We sincerely enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo. We had everything we could possibly need, and the owners were very responsive to us during our stay. It's a lovely unit in a beautiful place! We hope to return soon.
We are three friends who love to ski, hike, travel, and enjoy life. While we love our home base of San Francisco, we were all drawn to Park City by its wealth of adventure opportunities, awesome Old Town, and convenience to Salt Lake City and its airport. The condo has gone through a complete transformation since we first purchased it April 2019. We wanted to create a place that is modern, cozy and welcoming after a fun day of adventure. We hope you enjoy it just as much as we do! Mike, Shannon & Matt
