With an amazing location near the heart of Canyons Village, you can walk just a few minutes to shops, restaurants, and lifts. A golf course and hiking trails are also nearby.

LIVING AREA

A sleek gas fireplace and modern artwork create a sophisticated setting in the living area, while an extra-large sectional offers an abundance of plush seating. Stream new movies on the flat-screen smart TV.

The home workspace includes a spacious desk and an ergonomic office chair.

KITCHEN & DINING

The all-new kitchen is appointed with all the gadgets needed to prepare favorite recipes. Perch at the kitchen bar for two as dinner simmers on the six-burner gas range.

The third bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom holds a queen bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. You’ll find two twin-over-twin bunk beds, both include a twin trundle, in the fifth bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Your retreat is a 7-minute walk from the Sunrise chairlift, connecting you to the 7,300 acres of skiable terrain, 38 lifts, and 300 trails that make up Park City Mountain. You’ll also be within steps of shopping, dining, and memorable aprùs-ski experiences.

In warmer months, explore hiking trails, mountain bike, fish in nearby lakes, or zip line across the canyon. To practice your swing, the Canyons Golf Course is just across the village.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Not a great experience

Let me start with we came off of a rough hotel stay that couldn’t get AC working so we were excited to be in a house. Showed up and all fire detectors as well as panel were beeping, tried to get someone to come change because 10ft ceiling and no ladder in sight but it was after hours so they asked us to deal with it. Reset it but it was incessant and we ended up having to change it ourselves by standing on furniture. Ok, past that, freezer beeping bc of water filter. Ok buy bags of ice. Day two, no hot water. Notified Vacasa team we were only able to do 2 showers max and they said they would deal with it but no one showed up then told us, hey there is a planned power outage so you are going to have to find something to do from 8-2. So we shower in the cold and regroup about the house we rented for a pretty high amount. Find an activity and come back to ice water after hours again so no help in sight. We then get given the code to check on the hot water heater which was BEEPING and had an error code. Reset and waited, checked it every couple of hours and just quit trying to use Vacasa to help. Lots of scuffs, poorly maintained showers(bench in master is wiggling and going to come down any day) half the faucets are broken and spin and won’t work or can’t get hot because the handles are broken.Terrible experience in that unit. Told we would be discounted and refunded for batteries (I know it was a very nominal cost) but saw neither happen. Pretty awful all the way around.

Great stay!

We came with some friends to do a ski trip. It was perfect for our group of 6. The details were great. Loved having 2 sets of washer and dryers on the top floor and bottom floor. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was perfect for that. It was a great quality home and truly felt like vacation.

Missing heavier blankets for most of the beds

Stay was great. Just need to fix the windows which did not close fully and need heavier blankets for the beds.

Amazing Home!
