1BR/1BA beachfront condo that has beautiful views of the Gulf from the private balcony and is perfect get-away or for a small family vacation. The balcony is equipped with a patio table and 4 chairs. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!

There is plenty of seating in the spacious living room. with a sofa and two recliners. The sofa is also a queen sofa sleeper for the kiddos! Linens are provided for you upon arrival.

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

You are allowed to park one vehicle. No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.*******A parking pass is not included with your reservation. The pass can only be purchased upon arrival at the Coastline Management Desk for $55. ******

A king size bed and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom (linens are provided). A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

Amenities of the Phoenix V are second to none. They include a fabulous outdoor pool, a SPLASH PAD, a heated indoor pool, lighted tennis court, half-court basketball court, a racquetball court, fitness center, hot tubs (all located next to the indoor pool), sauna, beach side gazebo and a poolside BBQ/grilling area. *No pets allowed.

While you're here, you can relax and enjoy the sugar white sandy beaches, play golf on one of the 24 courses in the immediate area, charter a deep sea fishing trip, enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, go parasailing, or spend the day shopping at the nearby Tanger Outlet Mall! The condo was perfect for me, my husband and toddler. We loved having the option of indoor & outdoor pools. The splash pad was a huge plus. Easy beach access too.The location was great for family friendly activities and shopping. Walkable if you choose, but just a short drive otherwise. The beach view from the balcony was great. Very relaxing to enjoy in the evenings too.

Host was great with communication. Rated a 4 as there was a high pitch squeal we think from the plumbing? Great views, very clean and convenient location. Mardi Gras parade right out the front entrance. Kitchen well equipped, nice hanging area when doing laundry and always like leather chairs! Luggage racks would be an added bonus. Spacious living room.

Amazing condo for two. Great view with a balcony. Was clean and ready on time. The facility has outdoor pool and indoor pool. Just steps from the beach with lots of rinse stations when you return from the ocean. Great spot. Highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this beach condo, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. One of the biggest concerns was visible mold on the ceilings, which is both unpleasant and concerning from a health standpoint. The furniture throughout the unit was also in rough shape, with noticeable scratches that made it feel worn and poorly maintained.There were several maintenance issues as well. The towel rack kept falling off the wall, making it difficult to use the bathroom properly. The main door wouldn’t shut or lock correctly, which raised serious concerns about safety and security during our stay.Cleanliness was another issue. There were stains on the couches and even on the mattress, which made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable. To top it off, the Pac-Man machine that was advertised as an amenity did not work, which was disappointing.Overall, this condo did not meet expectations, especially considering the location. With better maintenance, cleaning, and attention to detail, it could be a much nicer place to stay.

I’m sorry you felt you had a bad experience and thanks for pointing out the issues. We would have been happy to address any cleaning or maintenance issues during your stay had you reached out. We invite guest to contact us during their stay when issues arise. The towel holder has been repaired and the AC ducts are being cleaned to prevent dust from coming out on the celling. The sofa and most furniture are 1 year old and in good shape. Much of the furniture was designed with a distressed look and that may have been some of the scratches or rough look brought up. However, the coffee table is 4 years old and does have a scratch on it and we are considering replacing it. The stain found on the 1-year-old sofa is on the inside of the sofa where the metal sofa bed is rubbing. It is not visible unless you look inside. It has been cleaned but still shows somewhat. With the sofa being this new and the stain not being visible from the outside we don’t think it would be efficient to replace it at this time. The other stain was on the mattress pad for the sofa bed it is being replaced. We have removed the PACMAN game. Maintenance checked the door but was unable to find an issue it and deemed it safe and locking as intended.
