Phoenix VII est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers séjournent dans ce condo que tout autre à Orange Beach.



Ce condo Phoenix VII 1BR est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! Idéal pour un couple ou une petite famille. Il y a beaucoup d'activités, y compris une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, un terrain de pétanque, une piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basketball, un terrain de beach-volley et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même une belle zone de gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous êtes en train de bbq'ing.



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon privé surdimensionné au 3ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe parfaitement situé au-dessus de la piscine extérieure. Le condo a une salle de bain complète du maître et la chambre principale a un lit king size. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et a été améliorée pour inclure des comptoirs en granit et des armoires personnalisées. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



Notre condo est situé au troisième étage, et pas loin des ascenseurs. Envoyez-moi un email et posez des questions sur les nombreuses réductions. En général, cette unité sera moins chère que la société de gestion sur site.

The break we needed

Condo was right size for us as a couple. Clean but needed a few upgrades/repairs; no cover on exhaust fan in bath, shower control terribly confusing. Would have liked more than one hand towel for the bathroom since we stayed 4 nights. Overall a good place to stay. Kitchen provided everything wewe neededplace to stay

The bed needs a better cover. It was way to soft. Wouldn't hurt to put a air deflector on vent in bedroom it blows right on you!! Other than that it was great!!

Okay But Could Have Been Better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The biggest problem is the toilet is loose at the floor and rocks when you sit on it I complained about this problem last year and it was never fixed. I'm surprised this has not caused a leak problem for the floor below.They installed new patio doors which were nice. The only problem they were installing new doors in other units and the procedure was very loud. If you wanted to sleep after 8:00 AM you were screwed. I understand that this is a item and needs to be completed is was just bad that we could not sleep in. The other problem was they just painted the whole unit and the oil based paint smelled strong for the first week. We had problems with the DirecTv not working, luckily I figured out that the painters had unplugged the cable from the wall and didn't plug them back in. Don't get me wrong the unit is nice well stocked and clean some issues that the owner could not control. The last issue is there are 4 elevators, they had one that was for the contractors only and one of the others kept breaking down. With it being during spring break timing the wait time to get an elevator was long. On nights and the weekends they could have removed the signage off the contractor only elevator to have at least one more elevator. We will probably stay at the Phoenix VII again just a different unit with a walk in shower.

We enjoyed eating on the balcony with the views. The location was great. You are near everything. The building amenities were very good. I liked that there were shopping carts available with the luggage racks which made it easy to bring our stuff to the condo. The condo is great for a couple bought might be a bit small for a family. The condo is right in front of the elevators in an enclosed hallway. That was great because we did have a day of bad weather. The bed was a bit soft, but thats because I prefer a more firm mattress. It was still very nice. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Labor Day 2023

We checked in and the girl at the front asked me to fill out paperwork while she asked me questions. She wasn’t respectful in waiting for me to complete the paperwork. It was rush rush rush. We entered the room 3 1/2 hours after checkin time (3:00) and the couch and two chairs were damp. Gross. The patio door was a hassle to stay locked. There were two door screens propped against patio wall. The window to the bedroom had no curtain so it allowed the hall light in all night long. There was a spring curtain rod(condition poor) laying on the coffee table and we found a black curtain to hang up and it kinda worked since the curtain rod was in pretty bad shape. The throw pillows had price tags still on them. Weird…The power outlets were worn out, so it was hard for our cords to stay plugged in. The toilet needs to be secured to the floor. Overall experience was like 5 out of 10.

Fabulous vacation rental

My husband and infant stayed the week of Memorial Day and it was perfect! This rental is in the perfect location and is close to everything! It is super easy to get to the beach, the pool is wonderful, and the balcony was perfect! I would definitely stay here again and I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Of course we took extra basics (paper towel, toilet paper, clothes washer pods and dryer sheets, etc.) Please be aware that the coffee maker is a DRIP maker (NOT A KEURIG) Just added coffee & filters to the grocery list.We did use the sofa bed which was surprisingly comfortable (no bar in the back!!).Absolutely would stay here again!!

Spring Refresher

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo with a great view. Having two recliners were nice to have to relax in the evening. We also sat out on the deck and ate dinner and enjoyed the view. We had a problem when we arrived that the DirecTv wasn't working (DirecTv problem not the renter) but Clark our host jumped on the problem and got it resolved. They do need to work on the toilet though, the tank is loose on the bowl and the bottom needs to be shimmed and tightened to the floor. This wasn't a problem just an observation. Staying at the Phoenix VII was great the building is well maintained with a great staff. My wife and I have stayed a few times in the Gulf Shores Orange beach area and feel this was one of the best condos we stayed at and would stay there again.
