Récemment rénové à partir du 01/03/19, 1BR à Phoenix VI, en bord de mer !!

Serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous ne soyez pas obligé de garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Nous avons terminé notre condo entièrement rénové sur les photos! Nouveaux sols, cuisine, salle de bains, murs, meubles de salon et de chambre.

Nous venons également de mettre à jour notre vitesse de téléchargement Internet à 50 Mo et nous avons ajouté une prise dans la chambre et le salon si vous avez besoin de connecter n'importe quel appareil !!

Phoenix VI est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants sur la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers s��journent dans ce condo que tout autre à Orange Beach.

Ce condo 1BR Phoenix VI est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! Idéal pour un couple ou une petite famille. De nombreuses activités sont proposées, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même une belle zone de gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous êtes en train de bbq'ing.

Venez vous détendre sur le balcon du 4ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe parfaitement situé au-dessus de la piscine extérieure. Le condo a une salle de bain complète du maître et la chambre principale a un lit king size. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Notre condo est situé au quatrième étage, et pas loin des ascenseurs. Envoyez-moi un email et posez des questions sur les nombreuses réductions. En général, cette unité sera moins chère que la société de gestion sur site. Nous avons également une unité 2br et 3br sur le même étage pour les grands groupes.

Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ plus taxes par véhicule. Les condos d'une chambre sont garantis 1 laissez-passer de stationnement. Deux et trois chambres à coucher sont garantis deux passes de stationnement. Des laissez-passer suppl��mentaires seront vendus en fonction de la disponibilité dans le stationnement.

Very nice. Super clean. Just like the pictures on VRBO! Only complaint is not enough soap and TP, so bring your own soap. Would definitely stay there again.

This property is well maintained and just as it appears in the listing. We enjoyed both the view from the balcony and the convenience of walking right out the doors to the beach. The weather was perfect during our stay so that always helps! We will definitely book again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was a last minute quick get away. The rental company was great to work with. The condo is nicely updated and was very clean when we arrived. The only thing is the patio chairs, they must be changed out for safety reasons and also for better comfort. Overall was a nice time.

Beautiful room. My only complaint was a very odd odor in the room when we got there. Like a sour smell. Not sure if someone used old rags or a mop to clean with. We used air freshener The whole stay to try and cover it..

Linens were awful- towels were small and scratchy and ... could use new ones and new sheets. Furniture also dirty...whole place could use better cleaning. Appliances and TV excellent! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took a leap of faith and booked this condo having never been to Orange Beach, never heard of Phoenix, etc. but couldn't be happier. The condo itself was perfect (and exactly as pictured/described) - cutely decorated in tasteful beach decor, well supplied with everything we could have needed for the week, gorgeous beach views that allowed me to see my kids on the patio if I was on the beach and vice versa. My family took advantage of several property amenities - the heated pool and hot tub, the fitness center and racquetball courts. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. One tip for newbies: understand this is a resort town and restaurants will have long waits. Plan accordingly (i.e. get inline online where you can, don't show up hungry and expecting to be seated shortly).

Great Location But Needs Some Deep Cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was ok. The rug in the living area and the furniture were disgusting. The rug was filthy and the furniture was filthy and covered with stains. I went to Dollar General and bought a set of king size sheets just to put on the couch and chair so we did have to sit on the filthy fabric. The furniture in that area just needs to be refreshed. My only other complaint was the air vent in the bedroom. It was filthy and covered with black something filth that I hope was not mold. Also, almost forgot, when we got there, we opened the drawers to list some clothes in and found a dirty shorts, dirty underwear and a dirty shirt for the previous guests (I presume). The cleaning staff needs to give a thorough cleaning of the unit. I would not recommend this unit until some changes/updates are done.
