Serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous ne soyez pas obligé de garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Nous avons terminé notre condo entièrement rénové sur les photos! Nouveaux sols, cuisine, salle de bains, murs, meubles de salon et de chambre.

Nous venons également de mettre à jour notre vitesse de téléchargement Internet à 50 Mo et nous avons ajouté une prise dans la chambre et le salon si vous avez besoin de connecter n'importe quel appareil !!

Phoenix VI est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants sur la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison pour laquelle plus de vacanciers s��journent dans ce condo que tout autre à Orange Beach.

Ce condo 1BR Phoenix VI est l'un des meilleurs sur la plage! Idéal pour un couple ou une petite famille. De nombreuses activités sont proposées, notamment une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même une belle zone de gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous êtes en train de bbq'ing.

Venez vous détendre sur le balcon du 4ème étage avec une vue imprenable sur le golfe parfaitement situé au-dessus de la piscine extérieure. Le condo a une salle de bain complète du maître et la chambre principale a un lit king size. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Notre condo est situé au quatrième étage, et pas loin des ascenseurs. Envoyez-moi un email et posez des questions sur les nombreuses réductions. En général, cette unité sera moins chère que la société de gestion sur site. Nous avons également une unité 2br et 3br sur le même étage pour les grands groupes.

Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ plus taxes par véhicule. Les condos d'une chambre sont garantis 1 laissez-passer de stationnement. Deux et trois chambres à coucher sont garantis deux passes de stationnement. Des laissez-passer suppl��mentaires seront vendus en fonction de la disponibilité dans le stationnement.

Great Location But Needs Some Deep Cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was ok. The rug in the living area and the furniture were disgusting. The rug was filthy and the furniture was filthy and covered with stains. I went to Dollar General and bought a set of king size sheets just to put on the couch and chair so we did have to sit on the filthy fabric. The furniture in that area just needs to be refreshed. My only other complaint was the air vent in the bedroom. It was filthy and covered with black something filth that I hope was not mold. Also, almost forgot, when we got there, we opened the drawers to list some clothes in and found a dirty shorts, dirty underwear and a dirty shirt for the previous guests (I presume). The cleaning staff needs to give a thorough cleaning of the unit. I would not recommend this unit until some changes/updates are done.

Great vacation

Overall the room was great and clean! However there were a few issues upon check in. -Internet wasn't working, we had to call the provider and reset system which took a couple hours. -Batteries in the remotes were dead, we purchased AA and AAA. Smoke detector battery was beeping. We changed the the battery with the one that was left, but it was worse than the one that was already in it. -Cooking supplies in kitchen were very poor quality. -The kitchen faucet is hooked up backwards, which is against code. Hot is cold and Cold is hot. -The dryer felt seal is bad and in return it was EXTREMELY loud to operate. This also caused damage to a pair of shorts. We had to be very cautious on clothing placed in the dryer (nothing with pull strings). -There is also an active leak in the upper right corner of the laundry area ceiling possibly from the room above. It is causing a small amount of mold.

Orange Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the condo was darling and well decorated. We did have a couple of issues. The garbage disposal didn't work. There was all kinds of glass in it. The smell was horrid. I called it about the next day with no response. The dryer is on its last leg. It took two hours to day one load and the noise was really bad. This is a personal preference I guess but the shutters didn't close well and the light from the outdoor hallway made it so light it was hard to get to sleep or stay that way. Besides that we really had a great time and didn't let the problems effect our fun.

Absolute Paradise....

My husband and I booked this condo for an anniversary/Birthday getaway, and could not have been more pleased. We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this 4th floor condo @ Phoenix VI. It's in the perfect location (on the Perdido end of Orange Beach), and has an awesome view of the entire pool area, the beautiful white sand beach, and the pristine blue waters of the Gulf. This unit is very nicely decorated and well equipped for your vacation. Only minutes away from any shopping needs you may have, and only 3 miles from famous Florabama. Great restuarants, music, and entertainment to choose from in this location. Working with Jil (host) was such a pleasure. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Also, the ladies at the check-in desk were very helpful and a pleasure to chat with. Great team to work with, and a great time had at this property!

Summer 2023 get-away

We arrived to find one of the balcony screens broken and leaning against the glass door. Not a huge deal as it was too hot to sit on the balcony (no breeze--possibly due to the location of the building?). We reported the broken screen right away-no response. My husband did not like having to pay for parking. We had trouble operating the TV and had to call the cable company 3 times for help. The sofa appears to be a bit old and maybe needs to be replaced? Overall, it's a cute place. Large enough for a couple/small family.

Cozy Cottage Style Farmhouse Condo

The condo was beautiful and very clean and well decorated. The balcony was larger than expected with very comfortable chairs. The air conditioning was super cold and it never got hot in the condo, which is a plus! The bed was extremely comfortable with a quality mattress. The kitchen was beautiful with granite countertops and a huge farmhouse sink. Everything is new and nice! The only problem was the password given to us for the wifi was not compatible and no one answered my texts or calls to get the correct password. We would definitely come back again and would refer a friend to stay. The lady at the desk was a sweetheart and very kind.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location. My family had a wonderful time staying at Orange Beach. The view to the beach was perfect. Staying on the fourth floor offered just enough height to avoid the pool area activity and keep those with height issues feeling safe! We had 4 people in our party including 2 adults and 2 children. We brought an air mattress as a backup which we did use on top of the sleeper sofa for the kids. We also brought a set of sheets and blankets as a backup which we utilized as well. The unit itself was kept up well excepting a couple of minor maintenance issues: One of the screen doors to the balcony was detached and leaning against the door on the balcony. And, we did use the washer and dryer and the washer made a squeaking noise as it ran. One of the accordion doors to the wash closet was completely off the track because the track was damaged. And lastly, the facility was clean except the floors. Upon walking barefooted just a bit my feet were black. The floors needed a serious scrubbing. These were generally maintenance issues that did not take away from the enjoyment of our vacation. This property is located in an area that makes it a wonderful beach experience. I was not a huge fan of beaches, but this place changed my opinion. The combination of the unit we stayed in and the location has me already thinking about our next visit!

Vacation for 3

We’ve stayed at many Pheonix condos in the past and this is the first we do have some complaints about. First I will start off with we have a small toddler. The first night when I went to give him a bath I noticed that the bathtub plug was broken, so when it came off I noticed hair from other renters wrapped around inside the drain along with residue from other baths. I grossly ignored this. However, when I went to go shower, the water backed up in the tub due to the drain being clogged. I reached out to management, they assured me someone would be out to fix this. No one showed. So we endured the gross hair/residue back up water all week. I will not be back to this particular condo. I also didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism on managements part on not following up to make sure this was fixed.
