This 1BR/1BA condo on the eighth floor provides spectacular views of the white sandy beaches from your private balcony, while you enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Beautifully remodeled with new stainless appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with flatscreen tv; one full bathroom with linens provided; two bunks in the hallway; living room equipped with large flatscreen and sofa sleeper with beautiful views of the beach through the sliding glass doors; kitchen fully equipped with all new stainless appliances including oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, perfect for a night of cooking after a day spent on the beach; Washer and dryer in the unit and Free WIFI throughout

Anniversary trip

My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. We appreciated that each floor only had 4 units so it didnt seem crowded. Plenty of parking and great access to the beach.

This property was perfect for our little 3 person group! Perfect views, we saw dolphins 2 of the 4 mornings and close to stores and restaurants! The balcony door is pretty hard to open and close especially from the outside, but that’s the only thing that I could negatively say. We loved that this condo building was smaller than those around us as it didn’t seem to get as crowded. My friend is already talking about wanting to stay in the same place with her daughter next year, so we recommend!

Amazing condo and property! Well furnished all utensils and plates/pots and pans just like home. Beautiful view of the Gulf and you can see the dolphins without binoculars! Comfy bed too! Highly recommend and we’ll be back! Thanks Newmans!

Family Beach Trip

We loved the condo. It was beautiful and well stocked. We will definitely be back to stay again! It was the perfect size for my 6 year old daughter and me. She especially loved the bunk beds and how close we were to the beach! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Everything we had hoped for!

We were very satisfied with the condo at Four Winds and would highly recommend it! Location was perfect, the condo was very clean/newly updated, and our view was AWESOME looking right out onto the ocean! I'd say my biggest compliment would be our hosts were VERY VERY helpful with anything we needed!!

Family Vacation

This was our first time taking a vacation at Orange Beach. We chose this condo because of the balcony and the view and it certainly didn't disappoint! We spent a lot of time out there taking in the beach view. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great because we could walk to restaurants right across the street. We loved everything about our stay!

Fall Break Vacay

Property was as described. The only downside was the bunk beds were small and the sleeper sofa did not have sheets so we had to compromise. Still yet very nice and clean. The view was great overlooking the ocean. We saw dolphins nearly everyday. The shower had great water pressure and having a washer and dryer in the room was a big plus.

Great Trip!

The condo was absolutely adorable:) I had came with some friends for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect! I will say the only complaint I have is the dryer wasn’t fully drying things and it I believe it’s unbalanced, it was very loud. But other then that it was the best day! I would totally come back with my soon to be husband and step son 💕💕

Fantastic location and unit!

This condo was absolutely perfect. Clean, well decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was beautiful and beach access very easy. We appreciated the sun umbrella tucked away by the washer/dryer so we didn’t have to rent or purchase one. The kitchen was very functional with a Keurig and regular coffee pot and it had what we needed for cooking. Master bedroom was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The bunks are a little small but my teenager managed. They are really better for your kids though, and the couch pull-out for teens. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful - some of the best I’ve ever had. They responded almost instantly and were accommodating and kind. We will absolutely stay here again!

Lovely Place for a Weeks Stay

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was close to literally everything. The view was gorgeous. When we were in the condo we spent most of the time sitting on the balcony. It was rather cold at night a couple of nights that we were there. That being said it still wasn't bad to sit out there with a blanket. The condo was clean and well stocked. You can tell it had some recent updates. All of the furniture was comfortable. Only had to contact the owner 1 time when we arrived and it was very minor and the issue was resolved immediately. I highly recommend staying at this property. It was perfect for my husband and myself. However could have definitely accommodated a couple more adults or a family with children. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Beach Vacay with husband

The listing is 100% accurate. The moment I stepped in the cleanliness and smell was wonderful. The view from the 8th floor was amazing. Convenient to everything and the mattress was great. Had a great nights sleep. I will definitely be back and you can tell the Newman's take excellent care of their property. Side Note: The elevators were really fast too LOL.
