Personality bursts around every corner at this whimsical beach condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Spend fun-filled days sunbathing on soft sands, swimming in the shared pool, or working up a sweat at the on-site tennis court. There’s also a hot tub, children’s pool, private beach walkway, and outdoor shower. Sizzle supper on the shared grills and enjoy a cookout on the coast.

Take in serene views of the clear water from a furnished beachfront balcony and nearly every room inside this family-friendly getaway. Create delectable recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a full suite of appliances and breakfast bar seating. Gather for special meals at the adjacent dining table, then kick back and watch TV or simply admire the Gulf view in the living room. Central air conditioning and a washer/dryer add convenience during your stay.

Things to Know
Pool passes and wristbands are included in your reservation.
Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Would rent this unit again

The view is spectacular, plenty of space for 4-6 people, the master bed was super comfortable and the couch was comfortable for watching movies. The listing didn't mention or show that the second bathroom had its own shower, so that was a pleasant surprise. The refrigerator took at least 12 hours to catch up once we filled it with groceries- ie our milk was sweating because it was colder than the refrigerator when we put it in, and the freezer struggled to freeze our liquid Popsicles, even after 2 full days. Sometimes we had to wait 10 minutes for a not full elevator that we could get on, but there are A LOT of units in the tower, so that's understandable. Seriously, when we come back to PCB, we'll be checking for availability on this unit first.

Misrepresentation, Broken Bed, and Lack of Communication

I rented this property recently and was very disappointed with several issues. The listing advertised a bunk bed in the second room, but upon arrival, I found a broken Murphy bed instead. This misrepresentation was frustrating, and the broken bed made it uncomfortable and unusable.In addition, the property was not clean when we arrived, which further added to the disappointment. I immediately reached out to the property management team and was told I would receive a follow-up call, but here I am, a week later, with no communication or resolution.I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of response and the misrepresentation in the listing. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed and communication improves.

Two night stay

Last minute booking. The room was clean and spacious. Was worried by some reviews but was very clean. They even texted to ask how clean it was. The walk is far from garage but understandable. The beach was clean and well kept. The one thing that was rough was the security guards. I saw several just being unreasonable to people for no reason. Foe example while in the outdoor in tower 2 there were four teens and another two families with a bunch of very well behaved kids, one other family with two kids and my husband and I. The teens and the larger family started throwing a ball not rowdy just playing in the water. Th guard told them they had to stop because too many people were at the pool. Everyone was playing but us and the other family and it was nit bothering us. I also saw another guard actually getting mouthy with an owner about her wrist band. Other then that (and they never bothered us personally) it was a great place to stay just know those guards are really exercising power!

Amazing

The view, the space, the amenities. This was definitely the type of home away from home I'm use too. From the time I came in, it was just amazing. The location is also great.... I have no complaints. Thank you guys for a great stay!
