Experience a warm Salem welcome from the comfort of this thoughtfully-appointed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental. This 2-story townhome offers a spacious eat-in kitchen, a large living area, and a backyard with historic charm. Spend the day touring attractions like The House of the Seven Gables and the Salem Witch House, stroll through Washington Street for unique shopping, or enjoy fresh local dining at Opus, Sea Level, or Rockafellas, just steps beyond the center of town!
1) No parties inside the home or on the deck. Gatherings are permitted in the backyard, but must be limited to the day time or early evening, and last no later than 10:00pm. When spending time in the backyard, guests must respect quiet hours of 11:00pm-7:00am. Outside of the quiet hours` window, we require guests to adhere to any requests for lowering noise levels as we hear from rear unit tenant or surrounding neighbors at any time.
2) The backyard and side yard are shared spaces between two short-term rental units (Airbnbs). Please note that the first-floor unit guests may want to share the space, and we ask that you respect each others` wishes for use of the yard and space. The home features the largest outdoor property on all of North Street, so please note the ample space allows for accommodation of everyone!
3) Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on any structure connected to the home. Smoking is not permitted on the roof deck or in the side yard as it emanates to the first floor and rear units of the property. Smoking is permitted only by the Adirondack chair seating area to the left of the front door of the house, or off of the property entirely.
4) Wall-mounted Air Conditioning Mini Split units must be powered off when out of the townhouse, and upon checkout. This is very important. Please do not leave the A/C units on full blast upon leaving at any point (particularly following your check-out)! Rest assured that the home cools down very quickly, especially once powering the units back on, given the number of A/C units and when you leave the doors open for the cool air to circulate.
