We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry to hear there were aspects of the home that didn’t meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The home is pet-friendly and is thoroughly cleaned between every stay. I personally ensure floors are mopped and prepared with care. - All linens are laundered between guest visits, and the bedding in place during your stay had just been refreshed. - The hot tub was tested before your arrival and confirmed to be in working condition. - The listing is shared across multiple platforms and consistently rated for accuracy, which we’re proud to uphold. We appreciate your feedback as we continue working to ensure every guest has a five-star experience.
