Jenny was very prompt in responding to my questions as well as being friendly and accommodating. The house met our needs for the most part. Layout downstairs was a little awkward for a house that sleeps 14. Plenty of space and most of the beds were comfortable. We were overall happy with our stay however there were many easy fixes that would have made our stay better. Things that could be improved- 1. Low on cleaning supplies (only two dishwasher pods. Low on dish soap) 2. Dusty/Dirty counters, lamps, window sills. Cleaned them all when we got there and the cleaning towels were black 2. Used bars of soap in the bathrooms 3. Kitchen had some basics but weâve never stayed in a house with less kitchen supplies. Some nice pots and pans, but didnât have basics for preparing a meal like measuring cups, basic spices, serving dishes. Nice set of knives. Felt like a random selection of items they had laying around rather than a thought out plan to stock a kitchen. Expected more dishes and mugs for a house this size. Felt like a a beautiful well loved house turned into a rental using leftover bits and pieces, including the decor and furniture. Kitchen island counter not attached to the base which caused a few close call injuries. 4. Lots of storage space but side counters cluttered with games and random first aid supplies. 5. Could not use the couches because they were low and hard to get out of. Only mention these things to help improve the space, not to complain. Thank you.
