Please note the following policies (more will be listed in agreement):
- No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property
- Pets: Dogs only, maximum of 1 dog
- Dog Stay Fee: $75
- Please do not allow dog on any furniture, or in/on any bedding, blankets, or towels. Kindly respect this policy due to the owners’ wishing to maintain cleanliness from the wear and tear of animals & for those future guests who could be exposed to canine allergies.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Seaside permit limits occupancy to 9 (10 max if 10th person is under 2)
- Seaside permit limits vehicles to 3, and there is no on-street parking. They are very strict about this. (As noted above, there is parking for 3 vehicles- 1 in garage, 2 in driveway.)
