Come enjoy this light, bright, and airy newly built vacation home in Seaside, Oregon, featuring a tranquil view of the Necanicum River in the backyard. With ample seating in the living room, including a large leather sofa and HDTV, it's the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach and shopping. The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for cooking family meals or preparing snacks for a beach picnic. The clean lines and modern décor were handpicked to create the ultimate home-away-from-home experience, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Conveniently located just two blocks from the ocean beach, you'll have easy access to everything Seaside has to offer, including a day-use parking lot at 12th and The Prom.

This home is not pet-friendly, so please leave your pets at home or arrange for alternative care.

Close to everything

The whole house is very clean, close to beach & downtown Seaside! The reservation process was very easy & prompt. Communication with the host was clear & helpful! I would stay there again!

The picture of the back yard is very deceiving. The trees and shrubs have filled in, and you cannot see the river at all from the back yard unless you stand and look over the deck of the property to the left. The traffic is loud until 11pm as it is on a main road. House is really nice on the inside--spacious, clean, and homey.

Great place to stay.

Clean, not too far from the beach, easy to get downtown, and even had a 50 outlet in the garage for anyone who needs to charge and EV. Would highly recommend!

Nice new place in Seaside

This was a great place to stay for space and cleanliness. Our kids enjoyed the property and there was everything you need.

Clean and Lovely Location

The property was amazing and clean. We were able to walk to do the downtown area of seaside in about 10 minutes and about 5 from the beach. Would recommend for a family vacation.

Girls Trip

My friend and I brought our 4 girls for a spring break getaway. They are between the ages of 8-17. The house is very nice with spacious bedrooms and living space. The beds are very comfortable and the entire house was very clean!! It could use more decor it is very minimal. The house was a short walk to the beach in a cute neighborhood. Downtown was was decently close as well.

Cleaning mess up resolved

We arrived to the cleaning person parked in our spot and cleaning the house. We were on time but she took another hour and a half to clean the property and did not clean the floors. It was very awkward and she would not tell us how long she still needed. I called the rental agency and they worked very hard to resolve it. Refunded a little money and were very communicative. Awkward mix-up.

Property listed HDTV in each bedroom but only master had a TV. Property listed 2 bathtubs but there was only one. Reclining couch was broken making it impossible for four people to sit on. We had to get some tools and fix it so we could use it. Misrepresenting listing.

Comfortable beds but no personality

If you are looking for a place that has a fun vibe… look somewhere else. While it was “newly remodeled”, it looks as they gave up before they finished. A Motel 6 has more personality. You can’t see the river from the back “patio”. Both complexes on either side of this unit have a much more fun and inviting atmosphere. When we arrived, we found other people’s hair in the bathroom. In fact, the master sink was clogged with hair. Don’t worry, we cleaned it out. The coffee maker and air fryer were not clean and we would not use them. The unit is supplied with the bare minimum, so you will have to stop at Safeway to purchase things for your stay. The beds are pretty comfortable, so if all you need is a place to sleep and you don’t care about the vibe… it is great. However, don’t plan on watching TV in bed as the remote was nowhere to be found. If I were to do it all again, I would have chosen somewhere else to stay. I don’t feel like it was worth the money that we paid for it.

Family Time

I was there with my daughter and two grandkids. The house was nice enough but a lot of small detail were missing. The main area had a huge sofa but no side tables, cocktail table or lamps. The unit did not have much on the walls or a theme or much decor. Our check-in time was 4:00 pm but we were not able to get in until 7:00 pm. I had called prior to our visit and asked about a blow dryer, grill and games. I was told that none of this was available. We did finds a blow dryer and grill but no games. It would be nice to have a few games and cards available to guest. The beds were comfortable but it would be nice to have a small dresser and a mirror in the bedroom. The second bath is small and having a second place to get ready in the morning would have been nice. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets available. Thanks

Would stay again!

We really liked this place. We had 3 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of room for everyone. We used all 3 bedrooms and even put a queen size air mattress that we brought with us in the living room for an extra bed. The beds are all in new condition and very comfy. I loved how there were extra blankets in the closets. The 3 bathrooms and two showers were very convenient. We also liked how there were a few kitchen appliances like a Keurig and a normal coffee pot and air fryer. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed pretty safe. Here is my cons list, even though they aren't even deal breakers. As pretty as the chandelier was in the master bedroom, a ceiling fan in all the bedrooms would make for a more pleasant sleeping situation. Or offer a tall floor fan for each room. We didn't enjoy the hotel style bathsoaps especially for use as hand soap in the bathrooms and there wasn't even one to be had in the kitchen. A few bottles of pump hand soap would be nice. And there was not enough shampoo/conditioner for five people. Good thing I always bring my own. It would also be nice to have some extra paper products in the kitchen for cooking and storing food like foil, plastic wrap, parchment paper and a few ziplocs. And we found it really odd that there is no disposal in the kitchen sink. As other reviewers had mentioned, the place is in need of a little decor on the walls and a coffee table or end tables in the living space to help hold drinks.

Beautiful place!

We had an amazing stay! It was spotless, the beds were super comfy and pillows, and the location was fine! It would have been nice to have some board games or puzzles for a rainy day (luckily all sunshine while here this time for us), and a BBQ would be nice, too. Otherwise a great stay and would totally recommend!

Beautiful Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. Check-in was a breeze and the property is just as it appears on the website. The location was very close to the Convention Center where we spent most of our time and also very close to the beach where we enjoyed exploring!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This brand new property is easy walking distance from the prom and all downtown areas. Super clean, no frills. It was overpriced ($420/night) but we were happy to find it last minute for Thanksgiving.

Very comfortable little house

Very convenient and comfortable little house for our family. Shops and dinning at walking distance but far enough to be away from noise and crowds. Only thing at the house was that the backyard is not mowed nor well kept. You can't sit outside and enjoy the riverview unfortunately.

All good!

Great location for accessing beach, shops and the Promenade. Loved being on the edge of the vacation zone but within walking distance to so many options. Enjoyed the view of river from back patio, morning and evening beach walks and sunsets. Missed having a BBQ grill and glad to have brought extra outdoor chairs as only 2 available at property. Very clean, comfortable beds and lots of linens (except beach towels so bring your own). Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

Nice location, yard unusable, management unresponsive

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was clean and in a good location. It had zero character, 1 Beach sign placed in the corner in the family room otherwise no decorations or personal touches. I called Oregon beach vacations before the trip to ask for chairs on the patio and a grill, I did NOT receive a call back. I called again after we arrived to ask for chairs at least and a possible grill, again no call back which is highly unprofessional. The yard was not maintained, it was filled with high weeds which were spilling onto the small patio, what a shame, it is river front property and the yard is unusable. I paid top dollar for a river front home and I regret it.

Cute and close to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this little condo at Seaside. Just a quick walk to the beach and a little longer to Broadway and that area. The property was great. We would suggest they provide beach towels- we didn’t pack any and assumed like most beach condos, they would be provided. We ended up buying some and cramming them in our luggage for the flight home. Also we would recommend sand toys could be provided as well. No one wants to fly with those! Everything else was clean and well stocked. We would absolutely return!
