Cette belle maison de plage de 3000 pieds carrés, construite en 2007, est à un peu plus d'un pâté de maisons de la plage et à trois pâtés de maisons de l'estuaire. Quartier calme avec une promenade facile aux commerces et restaurants. Avec 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complètes, un loft spacieux et un excellent plan d'étage, cette maison permettra à chacun de passer du temps ensemble ou d'avoir un peu d'intimité.

Les finitions haut de gamme comprennent une cuisine gastronomique avec îlot pouvant accueillir 6 appareils électroménagers et SS, une table à manger avec des sièges pour 8, une grande salle voûtée avec des fenêtres du sol au plafond, un foyer à gaz, un baby-foot, des livres et des jouets pour enfants, jeux de société et puzzles, WiFi et TVHD 55 '. Profitez de la terrasse, du barbecue et du bain à remous, ou tentez votre chance aux palourdes ou au crabe à proximité. Nous avons des jouets de sable pour votre usage dans le garage. L'allée pavée et la rue calme offrent une grande aire de jeux pour faire du vélo, jouer au ballon, etc.

Les couchages sont: 3 chambres avec lits queen, 1 chambre avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés, et le loft spacieux dormira 2 autres sur le futon. 2023 Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament

We had two families stay here for the volleyball tournament and it was perfect! The space was perfect for all of us to either be together or to relax separately. The host was awesome, very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay there again!

Convention Center Dance Competion

This VRBO is walking distance to the beach and Seaside. Ot was a 5 minute drive to the convention center. It was a perfect location. The home was clean with all bedding and towels in great condition. The kitchen utensils, bake ware and pots and pans were excellent making meal peperation so much easier. The 3 showers in the home were excellent. Costco size bottles of liquid bath soap, shampoo and conditioner available in all bathrooms anf shower.Definately a great VRBO. We had a fantastic time.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. House has plenty of space! Having the washer and dryer was so helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies which was so helpful! We enjoyed everything. Theres some small wear and tear but thats normal for any home. I do recommend keeping a few windows open to get air flow, it can get a little stuffy during summer time. There is even beach toys, chairs, and kites in the garage. There was plenty of home towels and even beach towels! I definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Great House and Great Location

Beautiful and Big. To stay here you have to be able to go up and down stairs. Entry is the bottom floor and you climb stairs to get to master, kitchen and main level. Lots of Light. 3 bedrooms and full bath and garage on main level. Top level is big open loft. I had knee surgery so the stairs were not fun for me. Everyone else was fine. :-)

This was a comfortable house.

We've stayed at lots of VRBOs and i can tell you that Kelli is the best at communicating with us. I would only suggest that her cleaning staff communicate with her. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. The house was clean however. I would suggest this house for any large groups.

Seaside Beach Trip

This property was pretty great! We all loved the very large kitchen/dining/great room! It was comfortable for all 9 of us! The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary cooking pans and utensils and the couches were comfy! It’s a very cheerful room! Having a hot tub was nice and all of the beds were comfortable! All the guys loved the foos ball table, too! I highly recommend this home for a wonderful beach stay!

Best beach house!!

I 100% recommend this beach house if you have 4 or more people in your party. There is plenty of space, bedrooms are well stocked and spacious, bathrooms are spacious and the main floor is great! There is a wonderful hot tub outside which is nice when it’s cold outside Overall this house was perfect for our group. Kitchen was perfect and the loft was great too! The walk to the beach was a straight shot and it was maybe a 5-8 minute walk. Definitely worth the money!

Property owner, Kelly, is very responsive and very easy to work with for our reservations. The house is quite large, with the master on the upstairs main level, which was great. The master suite is huge, although, the bed is only a queen - not ideal if you are used to a king. Houses are super close together so no privacy. The house rules are fairly restrictive - we could only be outdoors and utilize the hot tub until 9pm as the neighbors will complain and call the police. Beach is a bit of a journey as there is a large area to walk through before you get to the water.

My listing states the beds are queens, so no surprise. Also, I'm upfront in the listing about following the rental guidelines which apply to all Seaside short-term guests. Our lot is the same size as the others and same distance from neighbors as others, not "super close together" - I've never heard that complaint. Finally, the distance between the start of the beach and the water is the same along all of Seaside. I don't understand the 4/5 star review.

Lots of space for large group and great location.

Very comfortable place. Beds were more comfortable than a hotel! There was a lot of space to stay together as a group or spread out into smaller private groups (I.e. teen group/ adult group). Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to quiet part of the beach.
