Children's dinnerware is provided. After a fun day of surf and sand, unwind on the cushy sofa beneath the living area's sky-high ceiling. A sofa bed provides a extra sleepig space. Fire up the gas fireplace on chilly nights. The adjacent screened porch is furnished with a dining table for alfresco meals amidst the panoramic nature view.

This home has it all, whether you're traveling for work or play or a bit of both. In addition to your classic board games, you'll find an oversized Connect 4 and a basketball shooting game in the garage. A nook upstairs offers a workspace with a desk so you have the privacy to work efficiently so you can get back to the fun as soon as possible. Two adult bikes are available for guest use whe you're ready to venture out.

This is a new portion of the community and is currently under construction. Noise can be heard during daytime work hours.
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
