Beautiful Beach Home in Bayside Resort - Steps to Amenities

Bayside is a special place located on the bay, just 4 miles from the Atlantic ocean and its beautiful beaches. Bayside is away from the crowds, yet full of life. It is a beach community where friends and family can gather and enjoy all that beach life offers and more. Activities include world class golfing, tennis, swimming, kayaking, fishing, beach activities, shopping, fine dining and live entertainment. Be entertained, participate in abundant recreational activities, explore quaint nearby towns and nearby Fenwick Island State Park and Assateague Island National Park, or simply relax - all surrounded by unspoiled nature along the shores of Assawoman Bay.

Our beautifully decorated end unit townhome is air conditioned, has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and can sleep 10. This vacation home is super kid friendly, but you will also appreciate the subtle nautical accents and added amenities such as 24 hour check in, cable/smart TVs in family room and in every bedroom. WiFi, books, family friendly games, beach chairs, water toys, grill, local maps and guidebooks, and a fully stocked kitchen for those epic gourmet dinners - whether home-made or take out. Coffee/tea lovers will appreciate the dual carafe/K-cup coffee maker.

Our home is a few steps away from scenic walking trails and the Sun Ridge Center which includes heated pools, jacuzzi, the Kids Splash Zone Pool, the Oasis Grille with entertainment, the Clubhouse with a spacious gym, tennis and pickle ball courts, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, a playground and stocked ponds for fishing. A 10-15 minute walk will take you to the Bayside Welcome Center and indoor Aquatic Center which features a beautiful indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and world class gym. Also in this location you will find the Freeman Stage, featuring concerts to benefit the Arts program and the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. Resort passes are required for pools, gyms, Aquatic Center, racquet sports, kayaks, and paddle boards. Upon booking, Host will reach out to you to inquire interest and share cost (2026 per person rates: Off-Season $48.60/3 day pass, $75.60/weekly pass. May 16 - Sept 22 $75.60/3 day pass, $124.20/weekly pass.

If you are a golfer, arrange a tee-time at Bayside's Jack Nicklaus' 18 hole golf course, voted #1 in Delaware! Jack Nicklaus did it right and you will thoroughly enjoy your trek through his beautiful and challenging course. Make sure you keep your eyes open for the bald eagle family which lives along the 16th Fairway! What an amazing site!

Bayside has live entertainment many evenings and on occasional Sat/Sun mornings @ the Freeman Performing Arts Stage which is located near the Golf Pro Shop and The Aquatic Center. Make sure you check in with the posted schedules at the Bayside Sun Ridge Pool & 38 Degrees for their live entertainment schedules, too.

You will be within minutes of the beaches of Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD!

You are 11 miles from the "Coolest Small Town in America", 2024 Winner, Berlin, MD and 15 minutes from the wild horses and beaches at Assateague Island.

You are also within minutes of multiple miniature golf courses, fine dining, and water parks. Foodies will enjoy Bayside's restaurants, Signatures and 38 Degrees @ the Point with it's scenic bay vistas as well as local cuisine of Fenwick Island including Catch 54, Papa Grande's, Fins, Crabcake Factory. Kids will enjoy going to Dead Freddy's or Ropewalk in Ocean City, MD. If you are planning on ordering crabs to pick, check out Bahama's Crab Shack in Fenwick Island. Countryside Cafe and Jimmy's Kitchen are breakfast favorites too!

Harris Teeter Grocery Store, Fox's Pizza, and liquor store are located at the front entrance of Bayside and a 15 minute walk.
