The second living area includes a sofa, rocking chair, and 42” TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen, appointed with granite counters and a gorgeous tile backsplash. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a gas range and a wine fridge.

BED & BATH
This townhome sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.
The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and patio access. Light the gas fireplace for additional allure on crisp nights. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom provides plenty of comfy sleeping space with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin futon. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom holds a plush queen bed and a 42” TV.
The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides additional convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step out to the back patio for fresh air and quality outdoor time. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the shaded table for six.
Tall fences offer privacy around the backyard hot tub. Soak on starry nights and prepare for the next day’s adventures.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one car in the garage. An additional space in the parking lot is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
One bike in the garage are available for use during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
