The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans of all sizes, an oven, a microwave, a coffee bar with a Keurig Coffee Maker, and plenty of dishes. *At this time, the refrigerator water filter has been turned off. A Brita Water Filter and ice trays have been provided in the meantime*
The spacious fenced-in backyard with a patio offers excellent space for outdoor dining while enjoying the evening views. Propane Grill is available for use during the Summer season.
Our townhome is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking. We are just a short drive from many local attractions, including restaurants and hospitals.

While the house can host a maximum of 8 people, we recommend 5 - 6 as the perfect group size. We're happy to host all 8, but remember, it will be a little cozier.

Guests can access the entire townhouse with one driveway parking spot and three additional parallel parking spots at the back of the property.
Keyless entry at the front and back of the property. We have one security camera on the front side of the property facing the driveway and one on the rear side facing the back gate. They will be on during your stay.

*HOA maintains the front and back yard on Thursdays during the spring and summer.
*Evaporative Cooler is turned off from November to May. We de-winterize after Mother's Day to avoid late freeze. Doors may swell during the summer months.
