We really enjoyed the decor in this comfortable cottage, as well as the convenient location close to downtown Main Street. It was great for a quick, overnight combination gal's business trip to GJ. I would like to come back and stay here again. Cyndi, the host, was great to work with, and very responsive and helpful.
Our family loved this sweet home! Loved the personality of the home and the comfy accommodations. Wish the kitchen had had more kid friendly dishes and more spoons. Overall a great place that we highly reccomend.
Absolutely love this home. Super clean and artistically decorated. Everything about the home was comfortable. Although we did not cook, it was nice to see extra spices instead of just salt and pepper. The host was great with promptly responding and making the check in and check out proccess so easy! We plan on making this our go to every time we visit Grand Junction.
My sister watched my children so I could attend a work event. The house was warm, secure, had a full kitchen, bathing tub, a kids room, yard, everything needed for my family to be okay. I really am happy we stayed there versus a hotel. Would stay again!
We stayed at this charming, comfortable house for three nights. We loved its old-fashioned charm, the decor, the many plants, and especially the comfortable beds and furniture. It had everything we needed for meal preparation, and the host, Cyndi, was very responsive. I hope to stay here next time I come to Grand Junction.
We loved this place. Very comfortable and close to downtown. Our host was very communicative and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.
Love the comfort and authenticity of this property. Feels like you are staying with a good friend.
Awesome location for parking the car & walking downtown.
We also enjoyed the sweet back patio & visiting with the neighbors cat Rusty.
Would absolutely stay again !
Cyndi is a responsive host. Her place has sweet touches â things for young children to do, lotion, shampoo, linens, cozy beds, artsy wall, paintings, and more.
We were only there for one night, and didnât do much other than sleep, but the house is clean and cozy. Downtown is an easy walk. Very happy, would recommend!
My husband and I are both from the mid-west (Iowa and Illinois) but we met in Fort Collins, Colorado while attending Colorado State University. After graduating, we moved up to Big Sky, Montana for 4 glorious years where we skied all winter and rafted all summer. We then moved to Grand Junction in 2002. We love the Grand Valley and all that it has to offer. We are 45 minutes, doorstep to doorstep, to Powderhorn Ski Resort and the Grand Mesa. We also love the proximity to all of the different mountain biking systems in the valley and hiking/trailrunning opportunities as well. The Riverside bike trail system is about a mile away and from there you can bike along the river east to Palisade or head west all the way to Fruita. We also love downtown Grand Junction because of the street art (a must see), restaurants, bars, farmer's markets, weekend festivals, the Avalon Theater and shopping just moments away. Please contact me with questions about the area!
