Amazing Oasis just steps from the hustle and bustle of Rome

Incredible property and stay while visiting our son who was studying in Rome. Comfortable with high ceilings and great living room, kitchen and bedroom spaces. Easy check in process, Franco was the best. Trattoira Agelino is steps out your door. One of our favorite places to eat in Rome.

Perfect Location!

This home was perfect for our trip, we would easily book here again. The location is absolutely ideal, being close to everything and yet feeling like a quiet, private little neighborhood. If you’re looking to book this property, Ilaria was so helpful and communicative before and during our stay! Be sure you read through the property description, this property has some very unique aspects, which supports its character. The shared bathroom has a tub(no shower), and the en-suite bathroom has a shower. The windows provide so much welcome light and air, and the living space was perfect for our group to gather and lounge. The 2 flights of stairs leading to the home were steep, but they were actually one of my favorite architectural features of the building!We Traveled with 80yr old grandparents and 2 kids under 4, and we were pleased with everything!

Rome Family Getaway

Property itself and location was absolutely amazing!!! Could walk to so many sights! Perfect for the 6 of us ranging from age 12 to 76! The host was so helpful with food tips and train strike info! We would definitely stay again on our next trip back to Rome!

Perfect apartment in Rome!

This is a terrific apartment! Located in the Jewish quarter, and walkable distance to everything. Just steps to the Forum and Colosseum. Clea, quiet, and has everything you need. And the couches in the living area are the best napping couches after a long day of walking. Ilaria and Franco were attentive, helpful, and super responsive. Definitely would stay here again.

Very pleasant stay

Very nice stay, simple check in and GREAT communication from the host. Satellite tv if that is of interest to you (I was able to the watch the MLB playoffs). Thank you for a great stay. No major issues.

Wonderful, excellent location, easy

Everything was great! Not in the mix of tons of tourists but close enough to jump into the action. Our host was good to communicate with and she arranged for pick up at airport & suggested wonderful restaurants. Super comfortable beds, nice heating system since we were here in November. The restaurants below were some of the best. They do stay open late, so be aware that conversations filter up through window in middle main bedroom. We were so tired at end of our days, it lulled us asleep.

Stellar central location, in quiet piazza

Wonderful location, walking distance to many Rome highlights. AC was delightful, apartment was clean and fully stocked, and the in-unit washing machine (with drying rack) was appreciated. Bonus: We were thrilled to have an Italian cooking school directly next to the apartment! We'd stay there again.

Very comfortable apartment in an amazing location with everything you need within walking distance. Ilaria even left chocolates and cookies for us. Being in our seventies and eighties we found the two flights of stairs a challenge (with our suitcases) which I didn’t see mentioned in the description of the property

Best place to stay in Rome!

Ilaria’s apartment is perfectly located and beautifully furnished. It is comfortable, very spacious and perfect for groups. We stayed here for 6 nights and it was fantastic. Quiet but just off the main streets. The location in Piazza Margana is ideally located. Easy walks to the Pantheon, Coliseum, Forum and many great coffee shops and restaurants. Ilaria is very proactive and helpful even recommending restaurants. Stay here if you are staying in Rome and you will have the perfect location.

Great apartment in a fantastic location.

Our stay was fantastic. This apartment is in a wonderful and convenient location close to sights but also in the midst of Romans in their daily routines. Property manager was incredibly responsive at all times.

Close to everything

Really nice and comfortable apartment. Could maybe do with a bit of fixing here and there, but that adds to the charm. Lots of different quirks to the property, which is good. Within walking distance of most the main attractions if your youngest family member is 9+. The two restaurants in the square offer good food, but is a little noisy on the front bedrooms until around 11pm. Overall, I'd recommend!

Wonderful, bright apartment in Rome

I stayed with 2 friends in this apartment for 4 nights. It was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the location , we could easily walk to Travestere but preferred where we were because it was less crowded but still close to great restaurants.The manager was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend. It is a 2 story walk up, which could be an issue for some.

Amazing 5* place

Lovely apartment located at the very centre of Rome just behind Piazza Venezia in a quiet and charming little square. Clean and full equipped, we had just to enjoy the place with the family. Easy communication with the property at all times. Ciao Ilaria, wish we could stay for bit longer….

Just book it

One of the top places I’ve ever stayed. Beautiful and roomy apartment. Incredible location. Very central. 5-7 min walk to forum. Had extras like cooking starters (oil, balsemic, etc). Had all the paper products we needed as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Had a small leak in a faucet and it was fixed very quickly. Highly recommend a stay here.

Kind, accessible host in a charming location.

Ilaria was so kind and helpful, and very accessible when needed. She assisted with transportation from a port city to Rome making that stressful event seamless. I was left in awe at the location, so conveniently located within walking distance of many must-see spots. Piazza Margana is one of my favorite places to eat, with 2 amazing Tratorres outside your entry door, I had dinner at Angeline's three evenings. The Plazza is so beautiful, many of my pictures were taken from the entry. Highly recommend this property for a stay in the "Eternal City."

Awesome Home in the Perfect Location

Book this home for your stay in Rome! It is a lovely large home with all the amenities one needs for an amazing stay. Location couldn't be better as it is on a quiet street within walking distance of everything in Rome. The host was very responsive! Just note if there are any mobility issues, though there are many steps to the unit.

Lovely apartment on beautiful quiet square.

Lovely apartment. Fantastic location on a very quiet square with a couple of nice restaurants. Right in the centre of Rome, very convenient for all the main sights and attractions. Comfortable, well equipped and nicely furnished. Check-in and out process very smooth. Owners are responsive - a small problem with the WiFi was very quickly sorted out. A bit more water pressure in the kitchen would be welcome.

A fabulous flat

We had a fabulous stay in Rome, and could walk everywhere from the flat. The communication was excellent and it was so good to have someone meet us at the flat to explain how everything works and a point of reference. We asked for an airport transfer both ways, which was organised with no problems at all. I even asked for the transfer back to the airport to be delayed by half an hour, which was sorted quickly. This apartment is a little gem in a fantastic city.

Wonderful Rome apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect. Piazza Margana is quaint and quiet, but is just a few minutes’ walk from the Forum and other ancient sites and right on the edge of the Jewish quarter, which has more restaurants, museums, shops and cafes. There are also two nice restaurants right in the piazza. The apartment itself was spacious and stylish, with nice beds and bedding. We really appreciated the gourmet coffee and wine/beer left for us. The manager was extremely helpful and responsive. She met us early in the morning of our check in day and was very accommodating. The owner, who lives right upstairs with his family, was also great. We would stay here again.

"What better place to observe the end of the world...?"

A fantastic apartment in a dreamy location... you can almost glimpse a Rome that is long since gone. No one should find it. It only lacks a moka pot for the induction burner. What is Rome anyhow? The tourist desires a moka pot, but now there's a machine that can produce every type of cafe latte, cappuccino, macchiato at the touch of a button. No heart in the milky froth, but an eternal plastic memento. Oh, we can't wait to return!
