☆ Location: Our house is located in a quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood. You'll love the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location, just minutes away from some of the best golf courses and country clubs in the Coachella Valley.

Our home is also less than 10 minutes to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, 15 minutes to the Empire Polo Club, and 20 minutes to The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens.

☆ Getting Around: Guess typically get around by car, as it is a suburban community with limited public transportation options. Most residents and visitors drive their own vehicles or rent cars to get around the area. The streets around and throughout Bermuda Dunes are well-maintained and easy to navigate. There are also several car rental companies located in the area, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hertz Rent-A-Car.

In addition to driving, some people in the area also use ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, which are widely available in the Coachella Valley. Taxis are also available but may be less convenient and more expensive than ride-sharing services.

For those who prefer to travel by public transportation, the SunLine Transit Agency operates several bus routes throughout the Coachella Valley, including routes that serve Bermuda Dunes. However, bus service in the area is limited and may not be the most convenient option for getting around.

☆ Family-Friendly Comfort: As parents ourselves, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones, so our space is thoughtfully designed for young families! We provide Pack 'n Plays with crib sheets and a high chair for added convenience, along with pool and bath toys to keep the kids entertained. Enjoy kid-friendly dishware, including plastic plates, bowls, cups, sippy cups, and utensils. Plus, there’s a selection of books, games, and puzzles for family fun time together.

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. For your furry friends, we provide a small dog bed, treats, and waste bags. Please remember that cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet.

☆ Pool heater: The pool heating system uses a significant amount of natural gas, so activating it incurs a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This fee will be billed prior to your arrival if you request pool heating.

☆ Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily heated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to reach 100-102°F, depending on the outside temperature. If you’d like the hot tub warmed up before your arrival, feel free to message us in advance, and we’ll be happy to turn it on for you!

☆ Maintenance: For your convenience, our pool technician visits on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays to ensure the pool is clean. Our landscaper services the property on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month. Trash service is provided on Friday mornings with a walk-up collection. These services are scheduled to enhance your stay and are designed not to disturb you.

☆ Desert Living: Our home is located in the beautiful Coachella Valley desert, where sand and leaves may occasionally blow into the pool, especially on windy days. While our pool cleaners work diligently to keep it clear, we’ve provided skimmers for your convenience should you wish to remove any leaves or sand yourself. Our new, taller fence should help reduce this significantly.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests, per city regulations. Exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 2
• Only park in designated areas: garage, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Max 4 vehicles allowed. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool or spa.
• Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
