Please read carefully the following House Rules and Good Neighbor policies by Riverside County. By booking a reservation, you agree to the following conditions:
1) Quiet hours between 10pm and 7am daily. No outside amplified noise 24/7. Any music played must be inside and inaudible at the property line.
2) Must park on driveway or directly in front of the property
3) No smoking and no pets please
4) Spa heating is included. Please use responsibly and turn off spa immediately after use. Pool heating is NOT included and requires an additional fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead of time if you'd like to heat the pool.
5) Swim at your own risk. Pool goes from 3 ft on the shallow end to 7 ft on the deep end. No lifeguard on duty. No glass by the pool. No eating in the pool. No running or diving.
6) Turn off outdoor gas grill immediately after use.
7) Guest is responsible for cleaning all dishes and putting them away before checkout.
8) Guest is responsible for taking out the trash. Trash bin and recycling bin are located on the side of the house.
9) Owner is not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring during the stay.
10) Guest shall cover any damages made to the property during his/her stay and shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
11) Utilities are included for reasonable normal use only.
