A 3-minute walk from the front door gets you to the Village Express High-Speed Lift, so you can be first up without waiting in pesky parking lines.
PLEASE NOTE: The next door unit, "Hey Nineteen", is a 2 bedroom condo that can be rented in conjunction with this townhome for larger groups of up to 12 people, Vrbo listing # 3997482. Please inquire for details.

This home does not have air conditioning although it stays fairly cool in the summer due to the elevation and fans that are available for your use.
Hot tub and swimming pool are closed in off-season months; approximately mid-April to Memorial Day and Labor Day to Thanksgiving.
Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.
