We welcome you to come and stay with us, and our beautiful, freshly renovated 2BR / 2BA in Snowmass Village!

Our location makes us a prime vacation location for friends and families. We are a two-minute walk to free busses going anywhere in the valley, a five-minute walk to the center, grocery store, and restaurants, and less than a mile from Snowmass Base Village, the Snowmass Mall, and all on-mountain activities including skiing. Our unit is connected to the mountain via a pedestrian foot and ski bridge, so you need not cross a road to get home after a shred or a ride! At the end of the day with some skills, you can ski home :- )

Two brand new bathrooms have with large shower heads, backlight makeup mirrors, and fresh tile for epic showers and baths. A spacious kind bed, a new queen sleeper sofa, art, and furnishings have transformed our homey haunt into a chic mountain getaway for the whole family. Two bedrooms with attached baths, brand new washer and dryer, and all to convenience. Conveniently located directly on the RFTA and Snowmass shuttle lines for free rides to all the ski areas, Aspen, and Snowmass Base Village and Mall.

The main living area is spacious with a kitchen large enough to host a few friends. The living room faces the mountain getting good sun for most of the year and the electric fireplace will keep you comfy and cozy on those long winter nights. For extra space there is a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Our large balcony, with a private grill, is a true gem, overlooking Snowmass Ski Area and the entire Snowmass valley and golf course. There is a brand new in-unit washer/dryer for mid-stay laundry and a shared hot tub with the rest of the complex.

Perfect Convenient Place

Beautiful place and super convenient to get on the mountain quick. Place had everything my group needed and was less than a 5 minute walk to the closest chair lift. Would stay again!

The place was nice and clean. Just some things to note: there are many stairs to get into the room, so elderly or people with ambulation problems might find this difficult. Also, there is no air conditioning and no screens on the windows or doors. Going in the spring (June) wasn’t terrible heat wise with all the doors and windows open, but you definitely run the risk of bugs and critters coming in.

Great rental in Snowmass Village

We had a wonderful week in Snowmass village. The apartment was super conveniently located. Snowmass Village shuttle was just outside the front door, stop for RFTA bus to Aspen was 3 minute walk. Staying here, there is definitely no need for car rental. Apartment was spacious, well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Manager was very responsive to few questions that came up during our stay. Would definitely stay again when visiting Snowmass/Aspen for ski trip.

Overall this was an excellent property, clean with plenty of room all the amenities and easy access with your skis to Assay Hill lift I would definitely come back if we ski Snowmass again.Only comment the sliding door in the master bedroom is pretty loud in the middle of the light. It looks nice though

Perfect place!

This was such a lovely place to stay for our Snowmass / Aspen getaway vacation. The location was perfect to ski on/off Assay Hill. No issues with parking. Would definitely stay again.

Nice central Snowmass stay

Wonderful communication from Skippy, the manager. Easy to access property with parking, on the second floor. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Stayed a couple of nights after completing the Ragnar Relay and it was close to trails, the bus to Aspen, and restaurants in Snowmass. Nice central walking spot. We would stay here again!

Winter ski trip

Everything was nice other than there was no WiFi or TV for the first 48 hours. The property manager was responsive but said there was an HOA at the building that controlled it so it was out of his hands. It was all of sudden fixed Monday without anyone entering the unit indicating it was a simple fix on their end but we had to wait till Monday when someone from the HOA was actually working. Hot tub is not a walkable distance in cold temperatures. We drove our car.

Awesome place

This two bedroom condo was short walk (down 2 short flight of stairs at condo). To get to Assay hill ski lift, out the back of condo up a flight of stairs then over a short bridge, done. It has some nice views from front deck. Easily can jump on free shuttle right at the front of condo. Skippy, the property manager was very responsive, polite, and helpful! I would definitely use him and book this place again.

great location, clean, quiet with a lovely shaded balcony

We were pleased with this 2 bed/ 2 bath condo. It is conveniently located to grocery store and the base of Snowmass. Parking was easy. the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the nice shaded balcony overlooking the mountain. Probably the best part of this VRBO was the management company and contact person, Skippy. He was quick to answer all of our texts and phone calls. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. We will definitely stay here again.

Easy ski in and out

Great location right in front bus stop. Easy to walk to assay hill lift. The stove top was a little hit or miss. Some of the burners didn’t work. Otherwise super easy, great location, would definitely rent again!

Clean and great location

This property is nicely updated. It's an old structure but it's been redecorated really cute, and it's very clean. It worked well for our family of four. The bathrooms are recently redone and very nice. The best thing about the condo is the location - it's super easy to walk over the bridge to the Assay Lift, and to ski back very close to the building. The condo doesn't come with designated parking but we had no problem getting a spot right out front. The manager Skippy was very responsive and easy to work with.

Excellent condo

The condo unit is exactly as pictured in the photos. Good location. It is certainly ski in ski out, just need to cross a pedestrian lift and there is a lift behind the viceroy hotel. If you are going to ski school then it is at the base, another lift. The property is clean, and overall updated and maintained as described. Good heating system too which is very much needed during winter season. Property is on a 2nd floor (get ready for short flight of stairs with luggage). Property manager responds promptly. Easy check in and check out. I would stay again!

Great Snowmass stay

Very clean and modern. Pretty well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels/linens/paper products. Comfortable furnishings and beds, Good facilities. Easy walk to the lifts and shuttles was especially nice (almost able to ski back to the building too!) Only a couple of very minor things to note - the kitchen and baths could use a little refurb, but everything worked just fine. And personally, I wish the sofa was bigger as we enjoyed lounging around and wanted more regular seating. But our group really enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

Great Place

I have spent 5 nights in the condo this winter. The experience was fabulous. Here is why this property is fantastic for up to 4 (+2 kids) people. The property is decorated with lots of taste. It is a rustic/colorful/modern combination. The vicinity to the ski lifts is fabulous. It is ski-in, ski-out. Also, a great grocery store is in walking distance (5 minutes away). Outside parking and a ski storage is available. The condo is super cozy and has brand new bathrooms that are functional and slick. There is a new washer and dryer, and all the kitchen equipment is available too. The bus to Aspen and to Snowmass stops right in front of the condo if you prefer not to drive. Wi-Fi is included and the service responsiveness is quick (Skippy). Overall, this is a well-priced very comfortable and easy place to spend a week in Aspen Snowmassthe skiing is unbelievable! I will be back again.
