KITCHEN AND DINING: Well-appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Dining table that can comfortably sit 4-6 guests.
LIVING AREA: Plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements for up to 4-6 guests. Flatscreen TV with Cable provided free of charge.
BATHROOM: 2- full bath units. Upper bedroom with a bath/ shower combination, lower bedroom with walk in shower.
SLEEPING: This condo unit can sleep 4-6 comfortably. Two Cali King beds, one in each bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
EXTRAS: High-Speed Internet, PacknPlay Travel Crib, USB A&C outlets in both bedrooms as well as the kitchen, 2 assigned parking spaces, standard beach equipment, all included.
THE VIEW
F306 is a lovely penthouse two-level high rise condo that faces south and has two balconies where you can get a bit of everything that North Coast Village has on offer. The first level balcony has wonderful views of the pool and tropical grounds of the complex with ocean views. The upper deck features a wonderful view of the ocean, lounging area and a bar top running the full length of the deck for dining or just chilling
KITCHEN AND DINING
Well-appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and counter seating up to 3. There is a large dining table that can extend for up to 6.
LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample seating for up to 6, with a comfortable sofa sleeper and additional love seat couch. There is a large 50 inch flat- screen TV in the common living area with cable TV with 250+ channels. For the occasional cool winter day, or to create ambiance there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment
This condo has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with the master suite including a large walk-in closet, and the other downstairs in the second bedroom.
SLEEPING
This condo unit can sleep 4-6 guests comfortably. Two Cali King beds, one in each bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room
EXTRAS
-This unit comes with TWO assigned parking spaces in the garage underneath the building.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-F306 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

F306 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A large perk of Sea Forever is the walk-up/drive-up accessibility from its location in North Coast Village, which makes it perfect for those with disabilities or who can't do stairs, it also makes it especially convenient for grocery trips, unloading luggage, and dropping off sandy equipment after a beach run. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is centrally located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
