THE VIEW: Ocean Views from both balconies
KITCHEN AND DINING: Well-appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Dining table that can comfortably sit 4-6 guests.
LIVING AREA: Plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements for up to 4-6 guests. Flatscreen TV with Cable provided free of charge.
BATHROOM: 2- full bath units. Upper bedroom with a bath/ shower combination, lower bedroom with walk in shower.
SLEEPING: This condo unit can sleep 4-6 comfortably. Two Cali King beds, one in each bedroom, and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
EXTRAS: High-Speed Internet, PacknPlay Travel Crib, USB A&C outlets in both bedrooms as well as the kitchen, 2 assigned parking spaces, standard beach equipment, all included.

THE VIEW
F306 is a lovely penthouse two-level high rise condo that faces south and has two balconies where you can get a bit of everything that North Coast Village has on offer. The first level balcony has wonderful views of the pool and tropical grounds of the complex with ocean views. The upper deck features a wonderful view of the ocean, lounging area and a bar top running the full length of the deck for dining or just chilling

KITCHEN AND DINING
Well-appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and counter seating up to 3. There is a large dining table that can extend for up to 6.

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample seating for up to 6, with a comfortable sofa sleeper and additional love seat couch. There is a large 50 inch flat- screen TV in the common living area with cable TV with 250+ channels. For the occasional cool winter day, or to create ambiance there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment
This condo has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs with the master suite including a large walk-in closet, and the other downstairs in the second bedroom.

SLEEPING
This condo unit can sleep 4-6 guests comfortably. Two Cali King beds, one in each bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with TWO assigned parking spaces in the garage underneath the building.
-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-F306 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).

LOCAL AREA
F306 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A large perk of Sea Forever is the walk-up/drive-up accessibility from its location in North Coast Village, which makes it perfect for those with disabilities or who can't do stairs, it also makes it especially convenient for grocery trips, unloading luggage, and dropping off sandy equipment after a beach run. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is centrally located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

Beautiful property

While the unit is a little dated, it was clean and everything advertised. Location is great, grounds are beautiful. Access to beach is good and proximity to restaurants is excellent. This was a perfect property for us and our grandchildren. Parking is a definite plus.

Very nice appartement in front of the ocea

We’ve had a wonderful stay with our family with 2 teenagers. Nice appartement with a great view. The interior is a bit outdated. Enjoyed the pool, the beach with the bodyboards.

Absolutely perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay here! The condo was very clean, comfortable furniture, the beds were incredibly comfortable! It was nice having the beach chairs and towels provided. So much within walking distance. The downstairs patio with the table was great for eating dinner outside with a view. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Amazing location

This was a perfect location with great views! Plenty of space for our family of 5. Our kids loved the heated pool and feeding the koi fish. The property was under construction in some areas, but it wasn’t an issue or disturbance at all. The room itself was pretty dusty, but overall exactly what we wanted, we would definitely book again.

Very nice two bedroom condo with second bedroom upstairs & very large with it's own bathroom. Beautiful complex and amenities with ocean and pier perfectly located. Kitchen is well equipped and has the original countertops and original cabinets. We had a wonderful time.

Absolutely love

Absolutely amazing! The property’s vibe was fantastic, fun and tropical. Amazing proximity to the beach, food and shops. The condo was beyond comfortable between the beds, couch and accommodations. Only complaint is lack of place to put wet towels/suits, could use more hooks in the bathrooms for them or by the front door. BUT, that won’t stop us from coming again. Highly recommend and thrilled to have been recommended this.

Great location!

North coast village is a wonderful location. Super close to the beach and had a great pool and hot tub. The grounds were clean, laundry was easy to use, and the Koi pond was fun for the kiddos. The condo itself was dated and definitely not up to my cleaning standards. All the dishes had food on them and had to be cleaned and then ran in the dishwasher before we could use.

Out dated and in need of repairs and replacements. Many items were missing in the kitchen but management was amazing to replace and supply glasses, tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster. Pots and pans need replacing or deep cleaning as food and silver fish were found in all of them Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Showers need updating.

Refreshing and Fun

We loved our stay and the beauty of the well-manicured grounds. Room F306, was updated in construction and furniture, so it made the condo fun to return to after our daily adventures. The pictures were true to life. We loved the views, its tropical feel, and the location to the beach, food, the pier, and Strand Street!! Our only drawbacks were that the main floor shower was very cool. We couldn't get the water to heat up, and the upstairs shower was only warm. (And, we never turned the cold water on.) I guess we really wanted warm showers as the weather was on the colder side! I believe this unit is newer to the rental pool, and it was enjoyable with the couch and love seat to watch a movie on, and tables were great to play games on at night. Some things, and upper corners were dusty and the outside furnitures were dirty, so wipe them down before sitting on. Or you may ruin your outfit.We didn't realize there was a hot tub open until our last night as there was construction by the pool, and that made us laugh. We thought they were refurbishing the hot tub, and didn't realize there was one to use. So take the time to wander and utilize the property. We felt the upstairs closet was huge, and wasted space. We hope the owners will modify it and make it bunk room and closet to allow more family to stay there. We loved the extra towels given, beach chairs, and even noticed the safety attachments on the cabinets put in place to hold furniture in place! Thanks!

Whether it is the fault of planet earth, North Coast Village's maintenance, On-the-Sand or the condo owner is irrelevant but the fact is we dealt with ants. They were on the bed one night forcing two of us to sleep on the couches. One crumb in the kitchen caused a hundred ants to be there by the next day. Even cookies left in a container in the cupboard had ants all around them after a few hours. They were in the bathrooms. I contacted On-the-Sand about this and all we got was another can of Raid. What are we supposed to do with that? Douse our bed sheets with it? There was what looked like human waste in the pool one evening and it was still there the next morning. The cookware was lacking in this condo. No baking sheets, mixing bowls or hot pads. Only one roll of paper towels which were gone quickly when we were using so many for the ants. There were about 12 remote controllers for the electronics and most had dead batteries. We've stayed at North Coast Village a few times and have had good experiences but we were disappointed with this stay and probably will not return.

Location is great. Condo is a bit dated but otherwise very suitable . Can’t beat the beach location and the pool and grounds are top notch .
